Location was perfect! Beautiful beaches just a few minutes away. Best value accomodation.

I could not pick up my key until 3:00 p.m.or leave luggage even if I booked an extra room for the night before. So I killed time by riding bus from Sur airport to Purto Santa Crista and then to hotel for 7 hours with seven stops putting my luggage in and out at the bottom of bus. Always had to ask the unfriendly bus drivers to open storage then I jumped out quick before they drove away with my luggage.

It’s in a great location and is exceptionally clean and great value for money.

The check in process was odd. It was a Sunday so there was no one at reception when we arrived. We thought no one was coming, despite calling the property and I was on the phone to booking.com to arrange a refund when someone turned up. The check in process has to be completed with us standing on the street, passing my documents through the bars on the windows as the dog had taken a dump in the reception area. I was worried but when we actually got up to the room, it was perfectly clean and what you would expect for the money.

The place is very quiet and the room was spacious enough. Also, the staff was very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. I arrived late at night and they managed to have my room ready at that time. They also kept my baggage after check out so I could spend some time at the beach before going back home. Alcalá is a small charming town with a very nice spot to swim and sunbathe only 5 minutes away from the accommodation.

Even though there are bus stops nearby, it takes a while to get to the north/south part of the island. I will definitely rent a car next time!

Location was great, and really pleased I opted for a balcony The shared bathrooms were modern and spotless.

The bed was rock hard. Some people may like a very firm bed, but it was too much for me. The room doors aren't fire doors, they are just light wood. This means noise is an issue. But if you bring earplugs you'll be fine.

Great location right on the waterfront in Alcala. A lovely sunset spot and authentic Canarian vibe In Alcala. Ample free on street parking right outside. Very clean, room equipped with just what you need, mini fridge, sink in the room table and chairs. Modern shared bathroom on each floor. Good access to Teide, the airport,Teno rural park. Friendly family run feel.

Nothing Would be a 10 if had shared kitchenette.

The staff were friendly, and helpful. The room was perfectly adequate and the location was superb - away from busy & noisy but close to the sea & beaches. Scenic walks along the coast & general R&R - just what I was looking for. I'd be more than happy to stay here again in the future.

Friendly staff. Great location near to the sea, bus stop, high street, cafes and restaurants. Very clean, new and minimalistic pension. Shared bathrooms excellent. Additional bonus of having a sink in the room (twin room for single person).

The bed and pillow were uncomfortable but it is a preference to each individual. My room faced the inner courtyard so at times you could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

I love this place. The location is perfect. It's just next to the ocean, playas de la Jaquita are awsome. It's also near from Los Gigantes and the National Park of Teno. Alcalá is always sunny. It's very calm and there's a fridge, table and chairs in the room which is very handy.

The only little thing is that he towels are too worn, they are rough and some have holes.
