The retreat is beautifully set up, peaceful with wonderful panoramic views. Not much to do apart from eat, hike and spa so it’s perfect for a recharge. Probably the best massage experience I’ve had in Australia! The staff there are excellent. Special shout out to Brendan who was approachable and professional, and to Gill from housekeeping who puts a lot of love into her job. The food is wonderful and breakfast, lunch and dinner all included in price as well as most beverages.

Felt they needed one more staff member on board eg it took an hour to get the cheese platter after our lovers massage. At busy times no one answering reception phone. Wish pool was heated, even though it’s autumn we were there on sunny days.

Fantastic two days. We lived every minute. Nothing could have been better. The food was light yet totally delicious and sophisticated

The food was exceptional. The restaurant kitchen staff were beyond amazing in their ability to create such great flavors! We highly recommend the wine pairings. Having a private accomodation with the best amenities was great.

For the price point, a few included activities would have been better. Having at least one complimentary activity would have made the entire stay phenomenal.

Exclusive, fabulous location with gorgeous views. Super large rooms, very comfortable, private . Caring staff, food was exceptional at times , fresh and innovative.

Excellent service but this is to be expected for the price. The staff obviously enjoy what they do and this translated well. Our suite was the best out of all suites if you wanted privacy - we got the escarpment suite. We didn't realise drinks were unlimited!! The staff ensured we were constantly catered for in this regard haha! Even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy after our dinner.

The only downside, and this is minor, is the hefty price tag. Especially cause we stayed 2 nights, it wasnt cheap at all. But definitely worth the experience at least once in your life!!

Unfortunately the only negative was the greeting card in our room upon arrival. It was addressed to a different couple than us and for a different occasion. The staff were apologetic when it was brought to their attention.
