It was a little noisy at the main entrance when I first checked in the evening but it was quiet in the morning

It was a little noisy when I first checked in at the main entrance and I could stay in my room and heard shouting and loud talking. and I wish they had blocked out drapes at the window to blocked out that sunlight completely in the room.

Although on a busy street the room was quiet. The PTAC unit kept the heat comfortable and was also quiet. Staff was friendly and efficient. I will stay again when visiting nearby family.

i would have loved a cup of fresh coffee in the lobby instead of the pot in the room with powdered cream....not complaining, just a thought when I checked out before breakfast.

The location to just about everything was perfect

I didn't like either the manager or the owner was trying to argue with me about a reservation I made almost a month prior. Luckily the amazing clerk behind the counter understood what I said and tried to talk to her boss to make him understand.. while I was looking it up it said y'all had a hot breakfast but the only thing hot was a waffle, if that's all you going to supply then say it so people know what they're going to get into. While I was sitting there eating my Waffle drinking my apple juice I watched so many families come in turn around and walked out mad because there was nothing there that they liked

I visit family in the area and have stayed here often. It is not glamorous but suits my needs just fine. Quiet and safe. Recently I left some belongs in my room. The staff was helpful in holding them until my family could retrieve them. The woman who usually works evenings at desk is always very nice.

The location was great. There were lots of places to eat. The staff was friendly. We felt safe. The room was enough for the 2 of us. Had a big screen TV that we enjoyed.

The bathroom was a little small. The tub was slippery. For older guest, I recommend nonslip mats or bars on the wall. Everything else was great.

Uber could not provide directions to the hotel! I used the address on the hotel website ie 4200 Athens Hwy but couldn't be found on Google! I had an incidence with the driver because I wasn't sure if we were on the right track as he said the place is located on 4200 Atlanta Hwy!

Breakfast was good.

The Hotel is older. Rooms a little small. They still have the older air units below window with the only controls toon the unit. Really appreciated they had a refrigerator with a small freezer. They staff was great very willing to help in any way.

they do not tell you at booking that there is NO elevator. thank God there was 1 room left on ground floor or I'm not sure what we would have done. not able to walk up stairs. I feel this is a very bad thing.

Hotel was nice & clean. Very convenient location to things in the city. Beds were nice & soft along with the pillows. Tv refrigerator & microwave were all update to date & clean.

There was a mix up with my payment halfway through my stay but we were able to resolve that situation quickly. I didn't like how the doors weren't locked. Anybody could freely walk in.

Smoke free, clean and most of all I love my room 206, the mirror on the door, and the wash sink located out side the bathroom , I was able to do my makeup while my husband was taking a shower, I thought that was so cool, I would definitely book this hotel in the future, love it .

There were one staff member , on duty Saturday morning 10-22 22, she weren't very pleasant, and not very helpful, it was my first time using the waffle maker, so it was making a beeping sound, she herd the constant beeping, she literally came to look and did not even offer to assist us, so another customer came into our aid, but all other staff I came into contact with was very courteous and professional , that particular staff on 10-22-22 is not good for business , I'm sorry,
