Nothing really !! Few suggestions tho Would be great to have the outside balcony upgraded for those warmer days ... mine looked onto a tin roof but the trees were great Maybe a white housecoat to wear ...I forgot mine.. Scales available for weighing airport luggage before leaving

This is a fabulous accommodation! One of the few that accept pets. The staff are really friendly and helpful. When I was assigned a room that didnt smell right (pet-friendly room), I asked for a change of room and they quickly got me another room and it was great! All clean and nice. Bed was lovely and comfortable, heating was really good, TV worked well, great tea making amenities and a good kitchenette. Generally a clean room, and huge room, plenty of space and comfortable. Has a good private undercover car parking. A great location, near many things, easy to get uber eats at front of lobby. A nice breakfast selection, and has an elevator which was very helpful when having to take luggage up. Very good :) :)

Nothing much, except for the first room that was smelly - please make sure all pet friendly rooms are cleaned properly, as not all pet owners cope well with bad smells, and elevator was a bit slow. But otherwise a fantastic hotel!

The location was ideal for going to the city as it is on a tram line that goes straight to the city. The tram ride itself is only one hour. The staff allowed me to check in early even when my check in time was later in the afternoon. The place was large and clean. The air conditioning worked and there was enough utensils in the kitchen. The wifi was easy to connect to and was quick. The beds were comfortable to sleep in and the sheets were clean. The housekeeping took care of the room everyday and made sure the place was clean too. For the price of the accommodation, the place was really good

The noise of other guests can be heard from the walls and roof. Also the shampoo and soap were empty in the bathroom.

Despite an unfortunate oversight at checking in the reception staff in the evening was exceptional in sorting it out promptly and in the best way possible. Thus, customer service was excellent.

Rooms that are not up to standard should not be given to customers and assume they will be satisfied. The room initially allocated to me was not clean or well prepared up to standards and when I complained to the staff on checking in around 8:00 pm the staff at reception was quite swift in offering me a spotless room, without me asking, and offered free snacks as an apology. Superb reaction to a situation that should not have happened in the first place.

Quest Mont Albert is in the right place when we come to Melbourne for short stays. It has a fully equipped kitchen and generous sized living areas. The beds are on the firm side but quite comfortable. The apartment is always well maintained and clean.

Unfortunately this time we were given a front bedroom which was on the Whitehorse Road side and it was very noisy with the traffic during the night and it kept us awake.

Lovely clean facilities. I was a bit worried when I heard dogs in the building, but there was no noise during the night. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Facilities were fabulous. Walking distance for dinner, and a tram stop close by. Even though we had a front room there was minimal road noise.

Unfortunately the bathroom flooded. This was quickly rectified by staff and suggestions given to avoid a repeat. No other issues.

Amazing customer service, great location, secure car parking, comfortable beds, tidy and clean rooms, well equipped utilities with full size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and washing machine and dryer. Balcony was huge and would highly recommend 🤩

The only negative was the road noise, however when I mentioned it to staff they've already put on my file to book future bookings to an apartment that is more to the back to accommodate.

The spacious studio apartment was warm and comfortable and bed was nice and soft. Liked the extras like shower cap, hair dryer, and freddo frogs. Our room wasn't ready when we went to check in, we were given Tim Tam's n went for a walk, when room still wasn't ready on our return we we given a different room, equally as good.

Need better coffee option in room. Nescafe doesnt cut it, but there I an awesome Cafe just up the hill for breakfast.

We have stayed here before. The room is huge and very comfortable. The bed is large and comfy. The room is quiet and dark and the air-conditioning works beautifully. It has a big fridge and kitchenette. Two large doors lead out to a generous sized balcony. The bathroom is large and also has a washing machine and dryer. The staff are very obliging. The property has plenty of on site parking. There is a fabulous Cafe for breakfast or lunch that is a 2 minute walk away. We will definitely return to this accommodation.

The only thing I will say about this accommodation is that you need to step over a high sided bath to use the shower. This could be a problem for the aged or disabled.

Once again the staff are wonderful and give you a warm welcome. We were in one of the newly furnished rooms which was so comfortable and clean. I appreciated the walk in shower. We come back to Quest Mont Albert because it feels as if we are returning to family. The reception was decorated for Easter which was a lovely addition!
