Check-in anc check-out was extremely easy and front desk staff were friendly. The daily breakfast was good and mostly well stocked. The staff did a good job making sure the hot items were full and refreshed. I did notice that bread items and yogurt seemed to be less so. The staff also did a great job cleaning tables and keeping the breakfast area clean in a timely manner. Our room was in a quiet part of the hotel and we had daily cleaning service. The location of the hotel is close to downtown and the various. highways. We didn't notice any noise from the road though. Beds and pillows were comfortable. My husband especially enjoyed the 2 types of pillows (soft and firm). The Dove toiletries were great!

In 6 days of eating breakfast, there was only 1 day with bacon. If possible, it would be good to have both sausage and bacon daily. While our room was clean, it was not swept under furniture. When we checked into our room there were Cheerios under the desk on the floor, and after 6 nights, they were still there.

Staff was friendly and hotel was located near the airport, where we had to be early the next morning. We were able to get room on the ground floor which allowed us to store our bikes in the room with us overnight. Plenty of parking in back of hotel and the parking lot is well lit.

There were two individuals hanging around the back of the hotel when we arrived. They were still there well into the evening. It is not clear if they were hotel employees or not, but they were dressed in regular street clothes and it was evident the hotel was not getting much work out of them, if they were indeed employees. It seems if there was any security at the hotel, they would have made them move.

The staff was so friendly. We travelled with a dog that needed to be seen at AVC and the staff accommodated a room close to the door so he didn’t have to limp far and constantly asked if we needed anything and provided treats for the dog. Honestly the kindest group of people I’ve experienced while traveling. Room was clean and comfortable. It was a pleasant stay and I would certainly return and recommend!

Included Breakfast was delicious and they accommodated us to serve it a bit earlier since we had competition starting early. Beds were comfy, enough space. Rooms were clean and the bathroom. The lady running the breakfast area was really nice and working hard, good job to you!

The pool was cold and the kids won't stay more than 15-30 min in it. On a busy street, you hear sirens and cars if your room have a view on the street.

If you want a larger room, more bed space, and prefer to spend your funds on things to do (or eat!) instead of quaint accommodations, you gotta try this hotel. It's close enough into Charlottetown to make travel there easy, but near enough to all the main roads to make exploring the whole island easy from one base location. Staff could not have been more fun and informative AND helpful. Housekeeping staff was terrific, too, we just had to ask and it was done.

I spilt a glass of water in the bathroom. I grabbed a hand towel to wipe it up. I looked at the towel I used and saw that the bathroom floor was dirty. Not filthy but definitely dirty. Wiped the floor in the hall o/s of bathroom same thing dirty. Perhaps a clean mop would help with the cleanliness.

The facilities at this hotel are fantastic - the breakfast was really well done, convenient and with a good selection. The Wifi and desk set up were great. The staff were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions quickly and correctly. The parking was convenient and the location was very central for all the drives we did around the province. A great location for anyone wanting to explore PEI. And the price was reasonable.

It was great overall! Very clean, comfortable, had all the basics covered. The continental breakfast had a variety of options, kept well stocked and clean. Staff were ALL very polite, welcoming and helpful. Parking was free and there was plenty.

The pool was a little grimy and towels are kept at the front desk, but it was a bonus anyways. Not really in a walkable location, but we had a car and nothing was more than a couple of minutes drive for Charlottetown attractions.

Loved the friendly staff and that even though there was a hockey tournament staying in the hotel we were in a “quiet zone corridor “ . It was respected by the kids and the stay was amazing!

Wine glasses in the room. We only had paper coffee cups and plastic water cups in the bathroom.

Everything. There were so many amenities available for my use. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so kind. The bathroom was perfect for getting ready for the day. The bed was so comfy. And there was so much storage for my clothes.
