Very pretty hotel within a short walking distance into town. Very nice and comfortable room and a wonderful breakfast! Helpful information from receptionist even if he wasn’t particularly personable which was a shame. It was all very matter of fact!

Ordered a couple of G&T’s which took about 20 minutes to make - unfortunately they were as flat as a pancake - possibly made with water!? My husband drank his because he was so thirsty. When we mentioned it to the man on reception, he said ‘why didn’t you tell me’. He was very frosty about it. When we checked out he said he would deduct one from the bill as we’d drunk one of them. That’s fine but not great customer service. The worse thing was however, when we were leaving, he wanted to know what we were going to score them on our Booking.com review and that they only like 9’s and 10’s! He pressed us again to tell him even though we said we’d rather not say! Very rude!

The hotel itself is beautiful, and as you walk it you are greeted by the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They gave us invaluable advice throughout our two night stay. The pool in the middle is a fantastic bonus, as is the incredible buffet breakfast. This was totally delicious and just what we needed to give us energy for intense sight seeing. Our room was lovely and charming. We have only positive things to say about this hotel - definitely the best place we stayed on our trip.

The hotel was like walking into an oasis after driving arriving in a run down part of the town. Inside we were met by the staff who went out the way to welcome us with local information and assistance. The room was very nice and we would have liked to stay longer. It was an easy walk to see the town sights as well as an easy drive to Ephesus. The hotel arranged a tour guide to meet us early T the hotel the next day and walk us through Ephesus with lots of historical info. The hotel even arranged an early breakfast to make our early start possible.

We weren’t keen on the actual location of the hotel within the town but once inside all was fine.

This is a lovely hotel, great vibe, very friendly and helpful owners/hosts, rooms are modest size but well decorated, calming and very comforable. Pool courtyard is great, if smallish, though we only shared it with another couple. Breakfast very good and hosts were accomodating with our needs. Location is fine though not in centre, but this is a very minor point, we were able to park directly outside hotel on all days/nights and it was an easy walk into the centre - and this is more than made up by the helpful owners - would recommend.

The staff were super friendly! On the first day they shared possible activities around the area, and offered to help find transportation for us. Breakfast also had great variety and selection of delicious food. You can tell the hotel is super friendly, kind, and clean as they have a little colony of cats on the front stoop. Very lovely!

There wasn't anything I disliked. The bathroom was a little small, but manageable.

This quiet hotel is beautifully decorated in Turkish style. The pool is very pleasant to swim in after a long day sightseeing and the breakfast buffet is stunning and delicious. It's an oasis in an otherwise crumbling and dusty part of town, but that made it feel like a hidden gem. WiFi quite sluggish though, but that might have just been my room.

This is an exceptionally clean and welcoming hotel. The host Emir could not have been more helpful and our room was beautifully decorated. There is a courtyard pool, which is so peaceful and relaxing. However, the highlight of the stay was the breakfast, which was stunning both in terms of the range of dishes on offer, together with the quality, it had all been freshly prepared. The dishes changed too on our second morning!

The front desk and hotel manager OMER! He is the highlight of this hotel. He is so accommodating and eager to help with any request. He is friendly, super helpful and goes above and beyond for guests.

Okay so to be fair, the location could be a bit better as it is away from the main street. However there is a charm about staying amongst the locals. It's only about 5 mins to the main street.

Breakfast was fantastic. The pool and air conditioning was most welcome as we had 40 degree days. Our room looked out the back of the hotel rather than the pool courtyard, however it was well screened from the neighbouring property and was very private and secure. The location is a street back from the main road in a residential neighbourhood, so no traffic noise. The Hotel seems to own the street parking in front of the property which was welcomed. Having our own vehicle, this was a great location to explore the region and be out of the hustle and bustle of Kusadasi.

The Saint John Hotel is a gem! The place is impeccably clean and well-appointed, quiet, and as mentioned in other comments, the breakfast is a delicious feast. Although it is in an unusual part of town, that was irrelevant for us. We had a rental car and did not feel unsafe parking it.
