Impressed woth breakfast a lot of choice. I liked the eco friendliness of the breakfast and the fresh tea leaf options were fanstastic. and the bed was really comfortable which is great at 33 weeks pregnant.

The cleanliness of the room was good but I wanted to make coffee and the cups were dirty and the coaster hadn't been chnaged filthy from the last visit. Hotels need to syop simply rinsing mugs in sinks. wash them properly and rotate. it's not acceptable. especially in a post pandemic world!

We love staying in this hotel. Location is nice, close to Zudplein train station just 5 mins walking, so commuting around Rotterdam is easy. It is also close to a supermarket and a small mall, which is next to the train station. The hotel is next to a big park so I really enjoyed jogging in the park. It is also near the convention building, so parking was no issue.

They made the bed everyday, but I don't think they had exchanged the bed sheets since we arrived until we checked out. It would be good at least after 2 nights or 3 days the change the bedsheets. Eventhough it looks clean, but we noticed that the bedsheets is the same.

Breakfast was quite nice. The bed was comfortable. The curtains were great, they covered the light very well. The room had an electric kettle for tea. There is a nice shopping center right in front, with a good supermarket with reasonable prices and selection.

The doors in all rooms and to the elevator are self-closing and they are very loud. I kept hearing these loud bangs. Luckily, the ear plugs covered the noise well enough to be able to sleep. The room had a wall that was almost black, covered in kind of freaky animals. It is quite personal, but I would have preferred a normal wall. The hotel is pretty far from downtown, though the metro is only a few blocks away.

I had a great stay at the hotel. All the rooms were clean and spacious, and despite many guests being in town for the carnival and other events, the hotel remained surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of both continental and hot options, with sweet and savoury choices to suit everyone’s taste. We stayed as a large group, split across multiple rooms, but the management handled everything very smoothly. The service throughout was great – we had no real complaints. There’s a lovely park outside which is perfect for anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors. The hotel also has excellent transport links into the city centre, and there’s a convenient shopping mall nearby where you can pick up essentials or grab a bite to eat. Overall, a really pleasant experience – I would definitely stay there again!

The location of the hotel is really fantastic as it is situated right on the big park with ponds trees, ducks etc and well kept. Cleanliness, hotel staff were excellent every time and sufficient electrical outlets with usb as well in the room. The hotel is also right opposite a mall and metro station with trains and busses. We could take trains and busses from there directly to every place we wanted to go, including a bus from there directly to Amsterdam airport.

No fridge in room, breakfast were not great and the Italian restaurant in the hotel did not meet expectations. They even had fruit that were very off one morning.

After three and half hour driving and a bad experience at another hotel, I decided to book a stay at Ibis Hotel around 10:00 PM, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with a warm smile, and the check-in process was incredibly fast and smooth—I was in my room within five minutes. Although parking wasn’t included in the price, they generously offered me free parking, which was a kind gesture that helped me relax after a rough night. The hotel was very clean, and for the price, it offered excellent value. The friendly service at the reception made all the difference. Plus, the breakfast was great! I highly recommend Ibis Hotel for its cleanliness, affordability, and the welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home.

Pawel at the reception truly made my stay at Ibis Ahoy unforgettable. I had a problem with the lock on my suitcase, and he went so far above and beyond to help me, something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but did with such kindness and patience. Thanks to him, I was spared so much hassle and stress. I’m genuinely so grateful. The hotel itself was great, everything I needed, but it was Pawel’s care and willingness to help that really stayed with me. Thank you, Pawel, from the bottom of my heart!

I had an excellent stay at ibis Styles Ahoy! The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with quirky design touches that made it feel unique. The view of the park was beautiful. The location is perfect—especially convenient if you’re attending an event at Rotterdam Ahoy or want to explore the city. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with plenty of tasty options. We also recommend dinner at the restaurant, super delicious, good price and generous portions. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays. I’ll definitely be back.

The hotel is 30 mins from Rotterdam Centraal by metro+walking, in an area with new modern buildings, almost outside the city, near a huge parking that serves probably Ahoy hall. There is a huge park, too, we didn't have time to explore. A Lidl is a couple minutes walk away from the hotel. The hotel has a very pleasant restaurant with a simple menu, but so well done dishes. We loved the salmon and the tortellini soup. The decorations in the rooms and halfway are really something I've never seen before Definitely quirky. The bed is comfortable. we definitely slept very well. Soundproof was good. Strangely this Ibis was also the cheapest we booked in the Nederlands. Most probably because it is new. Very effective staff at the reception and in the restaurant.

Comfy bed, clean bathroom. Spatious room! I liked it overall! Exceptionally good breakfast and atttentive staff. Walking distance from the metro station. Very close to a big shopping center where you can find multiple stores and food options as well.

The room was COLD. It was 19.3 when i entered and never went up higher than 20.6 degrees. You cannot adjust the ac temperature by yourself. I am sorry but this is almost winter and it gets very cold at nights already. I had to ask for extra blankets! When i asked the reception, they said it's is fixed to 20-21 degrees, which i find very unfortunate. Thankfully i had to stay only for one night. I have never had this problem in any Ibis' around Europe.
