All of the staff were helpful and very friendly. Particular thanks to Paolo and Marco who were very attentive and went out of their way to ensure we all had a good time.I am Coeliac and so it was a bonus that the hotel offered individually wrapped soft white rolls and delicious muffins that were gluten free along with an excellent breakfast buffet which also had fruit and other gluten free items . The pool and pool bar were lovely and the restaurant both at the hotel and others nearby were all excellent.

The bathroom although spottlessly clean could do with being upgraded in places.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with the fact we were travelling with a very active toddler. Particular Kudos to the receptionist Paula - who gave us great advise on how to manage our stay and make the best of it. The room was spacious and the kitchen very functional and we had a very nice partial view. The AC was a life savior and so were the dark black out curtains. And the cleaning staff was very accommodating and diligent in the room. I also used the hairdresser service and the nail salon both of which were great, especially when cutting my 2-year old son's hair! Both were great value for money! Despite the hotel being sully booked - we always managed to find a parking spot inside the premises, which was phenomenal! The swimming pools were great as well, including the baby one! And the garden was super well kept as well as the furniture of the outside area, including the paddel courts!

The only room for improvement I would see, would the the speediness of the swimming bar and the cleaning up of the swimming pool area. some guests were quite careless with their trash I felt, and maybe the swimming pool staff could help with the clean up, which will help reduce seagulls' comfort. However, when prompted, the swimming pool bar staff, immediately attended the plates/food/trash left behind by careless guests.

The Hotel was Lovely! The Room was nice and it had a useful Kitchenette which we used very day. It had a large outdoor swimming pool and another indoor swimming pool. It also has a lovely outdoor pool bar. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool plus in the garden area which had some nice natural shady areas under the trees. There was a useful supermarket just across the road as well as a lovely Cake shop / cafe just over the road too. There is a small area of restaurants 5 mins walk away on the cliff top area as well as some lovely open air bars on the cliff top under the trees, a good way to finish off your evening. Cascais old town/marina are both about 35 minutes walk or it was an easy taxi journey, just order from Reception and it arrives within a few minutes and there is a taxi rank area in Cascais town to pick up a taxi for the return journey (fares were generally between 5-8 euros each way) Lisbon and Sintra are both about 30 minutes by car

Glad we booked a room with a sea view. Breakfast was good. Breakfast room a bit cramped, although never had to queue. Ideal having indoor and outdoor pool. Always plenty of beds and umbrellas available. Lovely being able to sit under the trees. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Some lovely restaurants 5 minute walk from hotel.

Bar lacked atmosphere. Not many people used it. Could do with a mirror in the bedroom to dry your hair or to put on makeup. It takes about 30 minutes to walk into Cascais centre. We used Ubers, which were really cheap and never had to wait more than 3 minutes.

The hotel is like a modest temple to simplicity. Its rooms stretch wide and bare, spacious enough to practice your daily routines before hitting the indoor pool. The breakfast buffet is a divine comedy of abundance. Staff are attentive and kind. And the location? It's in the quiet part of Cascais far enough from the chaos of tourism. This is not a place of luxury's shadow-play, but rather a shelter where the essential remains.

The gym is poor.... I've seen more impressive displays of physical potential in a retirement home chess club. The equipment stands like abandoned instruments at an empty concert hall.

Spacious rooms with large, comfortable beds and big balcony. I read a lot of different comments in the reviews that the hotel was worn out, but that didn't bother us at all. Yes, here and there it needed renovation work or a little more modern solutions, but since we spent most of the day exploring Portugal, we really liked the hotel. We really liked the location - it's a bit far from the center, but we liked the ocean promenade nearby. The breakfast was average, nothing amazing, but everything you need was available. Very kind and responsive staff. Parking available on the hotel territory, than was a big plus.

Everything seemed acceptable in this price range.

Breakfast was superb, fresh fruit, lots of variety, great coffee, well stocked buffet. Staff were outstanding, very friendly, approachable and helpful. Hotel was very busy but the staff were calm, organized and everything ran very smoothly. Rooms were spotless and well maintained, kitchenette area, balcony, bathroom, air con, everything worked perfectly. A welcome note, water and pastries in our room at check in was a lovely touch

The lifts/elevators were small and there are only two, so it was easier to use the stairs sometimes than wait for the lift. but this was a very minor inconvenience as generally there was lots of space and amenities.

Quiet location close to sea, however this also makes it a little remote. It’s quite a distance to a good selection of restaurants, the Marina is 1.8km from property.

The pool was under repair with a section of it cordoned off. It was also quite confusing as to how you actually accessed it. On arrival for breakfast I found it a little disconcerting that as I was a sole traveler it seemed that it was going to be a problem seating me, I had to seat myself at a table that wasn’t made up, no one even attempted to set it. I had to do it myself there was also no instruction as to what arrangements were for service.

All the staff was always pleasant, the deluxe room was spacious

Sent an email 1 month before advising of anniversary, yet absolutely nothing was done. Also, for an 8 night stay, a higher room/nicer view would have been nice (considering we paid extra for a deluxe room) they put us facing the parking lot, 1st floor... closet also had an awful smell so we couldn't use it. The breakfast was very repetitive every day (but good nonetheless)

The outdoor area and pool were lovely - clearly recently renovated that can't be seen in the photos. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. It was a great location, approximately 25 minute walk into Cascais centre with multiple transport options. It was close to the sea and multiple restaurants and supermarkets. Staff were lovely.

I did wish that the room had tea and coffee. It wasnt the best room (lighting and mirrors) for getting ready in the evening.
