In a good location for the Costa Caparica although the town is more basic than it looks on pictures. Excellent generous free breakfast buffet very nicely presented. Quite modern building and well equipped rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy. Price was quite reasonable.

It is on a main road and can be noisy at night if there is something going on in town. The doors are also noisy if people slam their doors. My metal patio door lock was distorted and couldn't close but the outer shutter did have an internal bolt. The safe inside the room also didn't work but I think this was a temporary glitch and I took valuables with me anyway.

The property was conveniently located, close to town center, restaurants, convenience stores, beach and very easy to get to other destinations. At the entrance there is a lift for wheelchairs and inside an elevator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and tended to daily. Aircon, TV, and good lighting. The breakfast area was well lit and the included breakfast had the basics to start the day, toasts, coffee machine with different settings, homemade cakes, etc.

Not much to be honest. A comfortable clean quiet place with friendly personnel is all I am looking for and this is what I found. If I can make a suggestion, is to take out the bidet in the bathroom and make the shower bigger. It is just a suggestion and not a complaint.

The hotel is clean. Upon arrival our room was really small with 3 beds inside. We asked for another room but because everything was full they removed the 3rd bed from our room which made such a big difference. Overall really clean, tidy, helpful, Friendly staff, willing to help no matter the issue. They have wifi which is easy to hop on, just scan the QR code at the front desk. Bed linen and towels are changed daily. Beds are comfortable, had a good sleep every night. I needed an iron one night but somebody else in the hotel had it, the next day I asked for one and it seems the manager had bought a brand new one, so that was a nice touch. For the future I would recommend they have an iron in all rooms. Upon checkout you can leave your bags in the safe back area, if you need to have a quick wash before you leave for the airport they have washing facilities in the basement which is always clean, spacious I think there's a conference room down there too. Front reception/lobby is nice has a seated area with a coffee table.stair lift at the front entrance for wheelchair users as well as an internal elevator for access to all floors in the hotel. Breakfast/dining area is cool and clean. Continental breakfast was ok. Location wise the beach is literally at the bottom of the road (about 5/10mins walk) the hotel is situated on, you can't go wrong. Costa Caparica is definitely for the locals as it's very residential with the addition of air BnB's and hotels but all that's said and done it's an awesome hotel, awesome staff. Highly recommend Hotel Residencial Colibri.

Just a little dated. The main thing that needs changing are probably the small hotel rooms or the layout of the rooms. Shower leaked at the bottom (no harm or danger to us or other residents). Could do with an iron in each room. Updates take time and money and you can see they are doing this gradually.

Hotel was great and catered for everything that I needed, great location 5 minutes from the beach front whilst only an uber away from Almada or Lisbon itself. Most impressed with the staff, everyone who I dealt with were so friendly and accommodating and will make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Breakfast was very nice with a good range of options depending on your mood, little advice though it can get a little busy so wake up early !!!

Overall I can have no complaints or issues with my stay here.

Very central, just a three minutes walk to Pescadores (Fishermen) Square where the bus stop to Lisbon is, just after the taxi rank. The bus crosses the river to Lisbon through the San Francisco (USA) style bridge going to Areeiro Square (last stop) in 40 minutes where there is a Metro station (M) that takes you everywhere in Lisbon very fast. Down the street from the Hotel itself, it is a two minutes walk to the long beach boardwalk where there are many restaurants and bars with fantastic open sea views. The Hotel personnel is very attentive and professional.

The customer service is top notch running 24hrs! The staff are very friendly and warm! The rooms are very clean and breakfast was delicious with a variety to choose from. We will miss the delicious hot chocolate! This hotel was a perfect choice for us, a few minutes walk to the beach(around 4mins walk) , and aprox 20 mins to Lisbon, allowing us to explore to the max. Highly highly recommend you to book your stay here👍🏼

We didn't like that we had to leave🥲

I needed an affordable stay with free parking not far from Lisbon, and this place hit the spot. It gets time to drive to Lisbon from there, especially in traffic, but that's probably the closest I could find for my budget. 35-40 min to Lisbon center (would probably be around 20 min without traffic, though). Few spots at the parking by the hotel itself, but if it's packed, you can fairly easy park by the streets around. Can't say much about breakfast, but I absolutely liked the fast coffee maker. spouts few shots of espresso to your cup in no time! Quick check-in and instant check-out, firndly and helpful stuff.

The plastic shampoo containers. Had to use my teeth to open those ))). Nothing else comes to mind.

I loved how clean it was in a centred location and served with anything anyone can need Rooms are clean beds are super comfortable me and my baby slept like royalty Breakfast was amazing and full of option with tasty food maden from talented chefs The staff are sweethearts and would love to thank all 3 of them that took good care of us and made us feel like home! Very helpful and friendly

A perfect location with friendly staff. The hotel is situated in a great location close to the sea front and main street. There is a beautiful park close by and walkway on the seafront. There are ample bars, cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. The lobby is a great space alongside the small 24 hour bar.
