It was a great location, had a pool, and had a convenient trolley stop. It was very clean when I went in; it smelled strongly of pinesol. I also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

The toilet didn't always flush quite right and was struggling to fill up the tank. Management didn't communicate the wifi password. However, overall management was nice and my stay was great for the price. Having a pool and complimentary breakfast included was great as well.

First, the hotel was packed due to Halloween festivity's in Eureka Springs. Room & bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was only served on Saturday and Sunday, so be aware. Breakfast was mainly continental but did have waffle's.

The walls and ceiling not exactly sound proof. Refrigerator was a little noisy but not a deal breaker. Parking was tight during the weekend, but they were booked full during this time, so not really hotels fault.

It was a beautiful little hotel. Is lovely front entrance and desk area. Very nice staff. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was very very comfortable. The bed leaned towards the middle but was still comfortable. They had no place or coffee cups or anything like that there so you will need to bring your own.

They could have put some plates and silverware in the room and it would have made it a little more convenient.

My husband and myself came to Eureka Springs to elope... We fell in love with this hotel. The rooms, the pictures don't do them justice. Absolutely beautiful! The nice gentleman that runs the place is just a lovely soul. He gave us nice little tips on where to eat and what to see. We got to enjoy a nice fire by the deck area on our wedding night, it was dreamy. We can't wait to come back, we hate to leave.

We did have to kill a spider, however we are in the middle of the woods on a mountain lol.

Everything about this place! The staff was the absolute best. The rooms were perfect. It was far more quiet than anywhere else we have stayed. (Required quiet times are GENIUS). Anytime we needed something the owner was right on it and accommodating and kind. I would 100 percent suggest this place to everyone and stay here again.

Love the location this was our second time staying here.. the desk clerk was really sweet at check in.

That there wasnt enough towels, no vending machines, and the ice machine was broken. In the room we stayed in the baseboard in the bathroom was loose around the tub.

The rooms were clean and the property was clean it was a nice experience , the pool was nice and clean.

The ice machine was not working but the owner gave us ice from an ice chest which was nice . Really I don't have any complaints we enjoyed our stay here

The value was good and the owner was helpful in relocating us when our key didn't work in the original room. Overall the location was good being close to attractions.

The office works on hours and has a note for you to call if you need something. That causes a major problem when it comes to the "complimentary" breakfast. We were getting to set to leave at 7 on a Sunday morning and the office didn't open until 8. So no breakfast, we had to stop on route.

Beds comfortable, room was nice. Room was clean, and towels and wash cloth clean and white. Liked the black wash cloth for washing face.

They never came and gave us clean towels, or getting our trash. If we wanted to throw our own trash away we couldn’t the outside trash can was so full. Shame it was a nice place, but need to give more attention to giving fresh towels and trash pick up.

Love the size of the room. If I didn't know it was a pet friendly hotel I wouldn't have guessed it was. The room was so clean, there wasn't even the typical pet room smell.

The mattress was a bit old, but still very comfortable.
