Location excellent - not too far from station and especially for where we wanted to visit. Rooms very clean, quiet+ very comfortable; even single room was good size.

No food available contrary to website info. Signage to reception could have been better esp when first arriving. Over sized bar. Not drinking water at sinks - but bottled water was provided. Check out could have been friendlier - lady just took keys + said thank you.

The room was very clean and bathroom was great especially the shower. The bed was comfy TV was was excellent plenty to watch. The staff made us feel welcomed and was very professional and let us check in early. The hotel was in a great place of hull very close to all the shops etc that we needed.

The bed side lights were broken but didn't really bother us as we was out most of the night and also the TV could be placed in better position at end of bed on wall.

The room we had was immaculate, and very new. We only stayed as a base for a sporting event, so not wanting much else. The hotel well located 2mins walk from the shopping centre and pubs. Only issue was the breakfast we had booked was unavailable owing to an issue with the kitchen gas, we were advised upon checking in. They took the breakfast off our payment. So effectively £45 per night each - great value.

The hotel was recently opened, and everything was new and fresh. The bed was very comfortable and staff helpful.

The position of the TV in the room was not conducive to comfortable viewing as it was positioned on the far right of the bed. On discussion with the receptionist, it appears that this is being dealt with.

Perfect. I rarely leave reviews but this place really deserves a positive review. It's perfectly located, everything was spotlessly clean, everything was brand new, the staff couldn't do enough and the room was airy and spacious. Very very good value too.

The place is amazing, and we had little problem with the power cut , but staff went above and beyond to do their best to help everyone. Pitty, some of the other customers didn't see that , some customers were dam right abusive and rude . Thank you very much to all staff

It was freezing in the room when we walked into it. Maybe, put the heating on for customers at 3 pm in winter. Car park was very dark and we didn’t realise it was included in the price.

I did not have any breakfast so cannot comment on that but the location was very good being not far to walk to the railway station and the old part of Hull.

No evening meals, not a big issue though, local takeaways within walking distance

Excellent central location, room was basic but had everything you need, everything was immaculately clean, bed very comfortable indeed and the hot shower was spot on.

Not much to dislike at all,
