This is an amazing hotel. Family run and extremely friendly, and also very efficient and smooth in every way. The bedrooms are lovely- we have stayed twice now, in different rooms and both have been brilliant. The rooms are superbly serviced and everything is quick and discreet. The public spaces in the hotel are fantastic, and the inside sunrooms and top terrace all delightful. The breakfast environment is really nice, creating a lovely relaxed holiday vibe, and the actual breakfast is really good. The location, just across the road from the sea is superb, and the station is a really short walk of around 4 minutes or so. This hotel provides the perfect holiday experience and we are already excited to return next year.

Absolutely nothing!

Excellent hotel. Situated close to the sea and the promenade for walks. Light, clean room, good bed, comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom has a good shower cabin and all the plumbing. There is a refrigerator with drinks, a safe. No unpleasant smells either in the room or on the floor. Excellent Italian breakfast. Garage for cars. Friendly and welcoming staff. We were satisfied with everything.

There is only one parking space for a car in front of the hotel entrance. And if it is occupied by someone, you have to suffer the inconvenience of parking to unload or load your luggage.

Lovely top floor room (3rd floor) which was upgraded, had a large balcony, decent sized bathroom, plenty of clothes hanging space (could have done with a small chest of drawers in the room). Breakfast was very enjoyable - juices, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit, breads, cakes - in a light spacious dining area. There was also a small bar & seating area in reception. Everyone of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. On the third floor of the hotel there is a very pleasant lounge area with plenty of seating and on the top floor is a sun terrace complete with deck chairs and sun loungers. The location was great - a stroll away from the station and a short walk to the sea front, beaches and promenade, it is about a ten minute walk to the historic centre with plenty of restaurants. Would definitely stay here and recommend.

Comfortable room, big bathroom. Beach 50 metres away. A little out of the centre of town and quiet, with very little traffic. No disturbance from nearby station (some way behind the hotel, with the railway line NOT running along the beach as in so much of Liguria). Excellent restaurant next door.

There could have been a hot food option for breakfast: scrambled eggs and bacon for instance. No bread toaster.

We were given a lovely, spacious room with a sea view. Good air-conditioning and a great shower. The best hotel room of our trip! The location is very convenient: about 100m from the beach, and only a short, pleasant stroll away from the centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. Excellent value for money.

The location was great, 50 meters to the beach and around 3 minutes to the train station. It is possibile to check in as late as 23:00, which is great.

The single thing I didn't like is that in the morning it's very noisy. You can hear everything from the hallway and it seems everybody wakes up at 8 o'clock, but if you're an early bird that should not be a problem.

Very nice location , the breakfast was extremely good, The personnel was very kind.

Initially they offered us a very noisy room near the street with a lot of scooters and car passing in nearby and we could not sleep until morning. However, the receptioner was kind and helped us to change the room.

Fantastic location close to the train station and seafront. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good value for money.

The facilities are limited but this isn't an issue if you plan to be out exploring rather than having a hotel based break.

The hotel is very close to the beachfront. I liked the retro style of the decor. They keep it unchanged, which is cool.

Our family room was facing busy main street and id not soundproof at all.

Warmest of welcomes from the family who own the hotel. Near the beach and the railway station. (30 minute train journey to the Cinque Terra) Good range of breakfast choices to start the day. Roof terrace ideal for a lazy late afternoon on sunny days.
