Zimalaq driver is very good and friendly

Everything was fine and we were received by the front office manager Ms. Hanaa at the reception, she was always smiling and well-mannered... The hotel in general deserves five stars for its cleanliness and proximity to services, such as the Beit Al Mandi restaurant behind the hotel. I was going to stay for a day and then look for another one, but I extended my stay for a few days due to the comfort I felt from the staff. We thank them all and I recommend staying at this hotel... I wish the hotel management, Ms. Hanaa and the staff all the best

It's all right

The room, bed, bathroom and facilties were very nice....I might have given it a 10 except for a few items that had to be rectified in the first day. But I had a really good sized tidy room and bathroom and very comfortable bed. Good restaurant food selection and ethiopian beer and great breakfast. But a special highlight to the hotel staff ie all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to the room staff, porters and maintenance staff and taxi driver - all were so helpful and friendly and just nice. You are all a credit to the hotel and your lovely country - all lovely people. I would highly recommend this hotel....very nice, well located and good value for money.

Well I don't want to take anything away from what I said above, but I had to ask for a few things in the room to be fixed and rectified first day. But the maintenance was organised immediately and things rectified. Could I be si bold as to recommend that staff check rooms thoroughly beforehand to make sure everything is working correctly. ps a phone is essential....cheers

A very modern hotel,close to Bole international airport.The rooms are supper clean!The hotel employees are very professional,kind and respectful.The beds are very comfortable.Buffet style breakfast is delicious.The hotel is exceptional.I will definitely book a room there the next time I visit Addis Ababa.

There is a building construction going on next to the hotel.Some noise coming through.This is only affecting the rooms adjacent to the construction site.This can be bothersome,especially if yiou are trying to sleep in.But that should cease to be the case once the construction is done.Otherwise,everything else was perfect.

The staff is friendly and nice. Room services are effective and available around the clock. My room was full of cooking, especially during breakfast time.

There is no flexibility for late check-out. You have to pay the extra hours after 12:30 pm. Prices of items exhibited in the small shop in the lobby are very expensive compared to the prices outside.

I love the courtesy of the staff and their quick response to the request made. I am particularly excited about the room services. The cleaning service was also excellent and top-notch. Thank you.

I enjoined every moment, but the fact that i had to pay an extra 20 BER when i was leaving the facility because of disparity in the exchange rate at the point of my exit. This should be looked into.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist specially Mrs HANNA and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The rooms were very clean & cozy, quiet, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. It was my 2nd year wedding Anniversary & i asked for some red roses in our room in advance and They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Breakfast was Delicious too! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Addis and prefer to stay around Bole Atlas area.

Well there was a bit of a delay in replying to my requests from Room Service. And the parking area onsite is a bit small, it will only accommodate not more than 6-8cars at once.

Breakfast has different varieties and the staffs are given an excellent service with a great smile. The hotel located in the heart of the city. Very central . The receptionist are very friendly and polite. I have got splendid service. Thank you all .

There is few small bars around the hotel and quite noisy. Hope the will find the solution.
