The location is very close to the beach,under 5 min walking. Restaurants and shops also close. The rooms are big with good furniture. you can find a good deal on booking and its worth it, comparing it with other hotels within the same price range.

One woman receptionist,had a rude attitude,”welcomed” us sitting/lounging,we disturbed her peaceful afternoon..arriving at 1pm and telling us the check in is a 4pm and if we want an early check in there is a fee. Not even checking if the room is available or our names or to offer to hold the luggage. The other receptionist,Rafael i think is his name, was very helpful, trying to get us an early breakfast at 6am,giving insides on the places to visit close by,and helping getting the room deposit back as soon as possible. The deposit took almost 2 weeks to be returned, another thing that can be annoying.

The spa bath was amazing! Bed was super comfy and location is really convenient and close to the beach.

I think this is fixable: the fridge makes a lot of noise. Also there's some brekafast even though it's not shown here, but is not as good as one would expect, but included :)

I stay here often and Ruben and Raffael were amazing! I remember Raffael though he may not remember me. Anyways the room I originally booked was not what I expected and the fellas moved me to a better room with no problem. This has become my favorite place to stay when I travel to Miami! Thank you soo much!

Everything was good. I think people expect luxury or 5 star treatment and this is not that type of place. A beautiful place to stay. You just get what you pay for! Keep that in mind. Safe and close to everything! Love this property.

Perfect for couples as the shower and tub is in sleeping area , we booked 1 day then end up staying a total of 7!! The location is perfect the beach is right across the street! For the price it’s the cleanest I have seen in this area. I recommend the double room even for a couple weeks had junior and double , we didn’t eat the breakfast but it appears to be just cereal and toast juice ect.. they have no pool but the beach is super close ..you will have to ask for towels if you stay more than one day but they will accommodate the young man at the desk and nick were very helpful!! We will book again!

No pool and no washer and dryer and you must pay to park I suggest the mobile pay to park posted on signs

they took a $100 deposit (which cheapened the experience and spoiled our enjoyment slightly) breakfast is a joke (don't even bother - not even cereals for the kiddies. It's just stewed American-style coffee, boiled eggs & toasted white bread - and that's if there's any left!) Went overboard with the Art Deco-themed interiors which looked cheap & tacky Our room had very little natural light (due to a huge palm tree against the window) A strange and somewhat ridiculous arrangement of having the bath/ shower in the same room as you sleep.

The location of the property is great. It is very close to the beach. There was free shuttle service that takes you to South or North beach and the shuttle stop was very close to the hotel which was convenient. The staff was friendly and was able to accommodate my early checkin since I arrived earlier than my usual checkin and it was pouring outside too. The room was cleaned regularly and beds were made up for us. It is a good budget option, nestled in a quiet setting.

One of the tap was leaking to the point I had to put a heavy vase on top of it to make it stop dripping. My only complain was it wasn’t fixed despite informing the front desk. The sound of water dripping bothered even a heavy sleeper like me. But it didn’t take away a lot from our stay at this hotel.

The owner I heard is French, and her taste in art is perfection. I love art but I really love beautiful art, not abstract nonsense… so many of my favorite paintings by the masters were in the halls, room walls, and the stone lions at the entrances are what lured me there.

I thought I was getting a garden view king suite but I had a queen bed street view. Wasn’t a big deal, I asked the man who checked me in and he seemed to not know anything about 3rd party bookings, but was super awesome and took me seriously when I (as always) informed him I was staying alone and had no plans to leave with anyone. I do this for safety purposes when traveling alone.

The room was very clean. I also found it very quiet until the last day when a noisy neighbor moved in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ruben, Nicholas and Isabel were very helpful.

The first day I came in there were no towels in the room and it was really difficult to get them. But once I did things were fine. Also what I did not like is I paid over twice as much as the usual rate for the room because of a special event in town The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too hard for my taste.

We booked the penthouse (larger of two) and requested the decoration package with rose petals and balloons. The room was ready upon arrival with a bottle of champagne on ice. Far exceeded my expectations! This is a boutique hotel so it is fairly small. However, the details and decor are well thought out and feel expensive. Only one block over from the beach! However, it was further from restaurants and entertainment than we would have liked. Only 2 blocks from Fountainbleu Hotel pools and nightclub. They run on a fairly small staff. So, if you want extra towels or any specific requests, ask well in advance as a precaution.

The shower did not get as hot as we would have liked. A dimmer on the lights would have been great. It's hard to find the right lighting between the adjacent bathroom and the rest of the penthouse. VERY VERY small complaints though. Overall fantastic!

Facility was clean. Decor was sleek and modern. Tile everywhere. The room was a basic queen but was large and had a jetted tub. The bed was very comfortable. Great location with easy access to the beach, the bay, and the trolley.

The continental breakfast wasn't great. There is so much good food in Miami, you shouldn't be eating at your hotel anyway.
