It was hard to pick a location for our first visit to Stockholm but this was a perfect choice. Most things are easily walkable from here and there are great lunch and dinner options really close by. The room is pretty standard for this type of hotel with comfortable beds and our superior twin room had a great view. The hotel was really quiet for our first couple of nights when the room next door was unoccupied. Unfortunately, these rooms do have connecting doors so when people moved in on the last night, we could hear every word they said. If we stayed here again, we would ask for a room without a connecting door as it somewhat negates the otherwise excellent sound -proofing!

1.The locaiton- all design, color combination beautiful, detail nice as well as the staff. Strange that my room I was not told about the stair inside the room. Well quite dark but I decide this was exciting room and enjoy it. 2.Resturant have one of the best steak I have ever had, amazing. Very happy the beef was a swedish. The butter and how they cut the sirlion steak, excellent. Thank you very much. 3. I like that all hygen products have only the hotel name on not some brand.

Location Room Breakfast

Booked an additional night to our 2 night stay. Advised we had a room upgrade! Be warned. Do not take if offered. Room in old part of building. Not refurbished. Curtains poor quality. Awake at 4am with light. Much smaller room than our previous superior room. Tiny bed and bathroom. Very cramped. Advised staff I was not happy and sought change. Night staff argued it was an expensive room with a view. I stated if I wanted a room with a view, I would have paid for it. I value comfort over view. No other room available for swap!. Morning supervisor apologised and offered free breakfast.

Fantastic Location in the Centre of Stockholm with Fantastic Staff. Ireyna (check in) was a star providing a very early check in. The Hotel also has a great restaurant on the Ground Floor and the rooms are very clean and a well maintained hotel

Things to be aware of Room service costs $25 for anything delivered to your room. The breakfast has limited food and we found the hot food (beans eggs pancakes) were always cold. For the daily cost I would expect a higher standard especially with room service & hot breakfast food.

Perfect location to enjoy a nice bay view from a recently upgraded, well-designed room. The room had a coffee machine and an electric kettle, air condition was controlled from a modern panel. Kudos for the additional pillows in the wardrobe and the full-size shampoo in the bathroom.

Breakfast was nice, but a la carte service and selection were not ideal. The bed was tooooooo soft (and by designed it did not include a "real" mattress, just a top layer) and the bathroom was cosy, but a tiny bit small. The wardrobe was also a bit tiny for only a few days' worth amount of clothes. Windows could not be opened properly, so it was either too hot or too cold due to aircon and hardly any nice fresh air from the sea.

the check in staff (a gentleman) and check out staff (lady) are so friendly and nice and sincere, very sincerely helpful. my room no. is 126. room facing the river, super gorgeous can't find milk for my cup of tea inside my room though. only thing i want to comment is the shampoo. is it mixed with shower gel as that bottle doesn't feel like shampoo to me, make my hair super rough. but no big deal.

The view is unbelievable. Paying a little extra for the water view is worth every penny. spent 3 nights here and really didn’t want to leave the room! Was offered a room on the 2nd or 9th floor, I took the 2nd floor because the windows on the 9th floor don’t open. Breakfast was really good. Room service was excellent…the chicken tonkatsu is delicious.

I hate to say anything negative but if you’re a 5 star hotel, the room should be spotless. way too much hair found in the room, and the urine smell in the bathroom/shower was overwhelming.

- nothing beats the location couldn’t have asked for a better location - the view from the junior suite is incredible - staff were very helpful - junior suite is very spacious and nice - the whole room was clean when we arrived - the lobby is small but nice - room service is very good and the food is ordered was delicious

- the fridge was warm - to didn’t have a lot of channels - other branches from ten same brand have a barcode to ask for almost everything here it wasn’t available - windows were had a safety feature on them that we could not open them freely

The location is the best. Short walk to the old town and the centre. Located on the edge a harbour, and it's a must to use the ferries for transport, we went to the museum area. Views are fab, and I thought it was worth paying to have the harbour view. This view is available from the reception/lounge and restaurant / bar areas. Breakfast is great too. Stockholm is a great city to visit.

Very little! I was surprised the bar closed at 10pm. The bathroom was a little small, but very well flitted.

Fantastic location. We had a harbour-view room on 7th floor and it was worth paying extra for the chance to watch the regular procession of boats in and out. Location is convenient for all major locations and lots of bars and restaurants.

Staff were mostly friendly, but some seemed in need of a little training. Stronger aircon would have been nicer - but we were there in a heatwave, so that’s excusable perhaps.
