No bath towels instead they offer pool towels, water on floor from air conditioner

I was attend by a staff (guess his name is Diego). This guy can't talk! Not even a single word. All my check-in with him was made wrong. He gave me a 2 queen bedroom, no parking pass.. No information, no nothing. That was the most terrible attending ever! I'm really disappointed. Has we were in a hurry, I just got there, get ready and leave. When we got back, we asked for a parking pass and the other Front Desk was checking our information and asked if our name correct, with wasn't! Now we're all concerned about all the stuff we left in the room. The new staff walk us to the room to make sure everything was on places. I sent a email about the situation, no answers.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location for Universal Studios and International Drive. We were able to walk to Universal in about 20 minutes when we went, although there is a shuttle from the hotel and a bus stop a short walk from reception. We also used the I-ride trolley frequently during our stay to travel up and down International Drive, and there is a stop for this located on the main road a short walk from the hotel reception as well. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful, polite and friendly and really made our stay enjoyable - can't pick any one out as they were all so welcoming! They were also extremely helpful storing our luggage on our last day when waiting for our onward transfer after check-out, so wanted to say thank you for this again. The room was a good size and clean and tidy, for the price we paid for our stay we were very pleased. Our stay was for 3 adults sharing, being myself and my partner, and her brother. For a place to put our heads down when we weren't exploring Orlando and the theme parks the Hotel Monreale Express was absolutely spot on.

You could hear some noise from the nearby freeway during the night, but not enough to disturb our sleep and it didn't detract from our stay. I only mention it as if you were a light sleeper, or had children it may have caused a problem - so worth being aware of in advance.

Liked the place, they have laundry machine that helps. Easy access to Universal and Disney. Good wifi.

You have to pay 20$ for breakfast per person. Booking.com says has breakfast but it's not included.

We were greeted warmly & assigned a room immediately. We opened the door to enter our room & were greeted by a fresh, clean smell! Room was LARGE. Bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. There was a desk, TV, dresser, night stands, small refrigerator & microwave. Closet space was LARGE, in bathroom area. Included iron, ironing board, blow dryer. Plenty of towels & some toiletries. Toilet was very clean as well. Shower water pressure good & plenty of hot water! Hotel has a comfortable lobby & sitting area, breakfast room, small outdoor pool, elevator to upstairs rooms, snack machines on every floor and is centrally located. Very easy to access & they offer free shuttle service to major attractions. They also offer free onsite parking. Great value for the price!

It's an older facility. No frills. One small elevator led to four floors & moved slowly. I took the stairs going down. Much faster! Gray colored walls in room. Looked somewhat somber. Very clean, but had difficulty with door handle when trying to enter room, tub had a dark rim around it, although IT WAS VERY WELL CLEANED. Not enough toiletries (bath soap) available. However, every time we called front desk we received PROMPT, EXCELLENT SERVICE! Again, it was A GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE!! Vending machine on our floor DID NOT PROVIDE TWO OF THE DRINKS WE PAID FOR, but these are not managed by the hotel. 😄

Room was clean. Had a refrigerator, safe, microwave, hairdryer, iron, and TV.

The building was next to busy I4 freeway. Our rooms were on the end so very noisy.

Location is perfect, 20 min drive to Disney and 6 min drive to universal and there’s loads of food options with a 24/7 grocery store right opposite. Breakfast at the hotel was cheap and cheerful only $9.

Nothing no complaints

Our stay at Hotel Monreal was fantastic! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request. Their professionalism made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

There was honestly little to dislike. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to add a few more dining options on-site, but that’s a small detail considering the great restaurants nearby.

Amazing location and a very laid back easy going hotel with very friendly and helpful staff . Everything you need for an Orlando holiday visiting the parks. Supermarket, diners and other restaurants all within walking distance. Also bus stops and other transport all in walking distance.
