There was a front clerk misty who was the sweetest person. She has a heart and will work with you

The new property manager....rude, and just down right nasty. I had a family emergency and had been out dealing with that and had paid everyday. The day in particular it was around 6 pm before I returned to the property. As I was waiting on payment and confirmation to go thru, I wasn't allowed to go in the room to take out my dog, instead the manager called the police and had her clerk deal with it. Noone was violent, loud or disrespectful. Maybe the manager needs to get the cameras working and stop the assaults instead of holding a dog in a room

Location

General manager called my boyfriend an asshole because we were at the front before 9am to checkout and get a receipt. There was not sign stating the front desk doesn't open until 9am. I have personally been a GM for Choice properties and never would I have ever speak to a guest in that manner. I won't be using this location again nor will I recommend it to any business associates or family and friends.

The location and the quietness .

The fact that when I got my room I didn't have to pay a deposit because I was having trouble with the situation I was in , I asked if I stayed longer if I would have to pay the same as I did and was told yes but when the time came to pay I was told the price would be different and I would have to pay the deposit. Basically I was told 2 different things I wasn't planning on checking out but had to due to not being able to pay the different amount then I was originally told. But I loved it there.

It was quiet and clean.

I had no wash cloths and no hand towels in my room. I had only 1 towel. I was the only guest so I made do, but this wasn't very convenient. I left very early in the morning and didn't want to take time to call for assistance. This was a 2 double bed room. Many people could have been staying there, with 1 towel? Other than that, I had a great stay.

The Reception desk! They were sweet, friendly, and super helpful. It didn't matter what time or day or night that we needed something, they were very attentive and friendly.

Leaving! Wished we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect. Well Almost, the ONLY thing they need ro change was the breakfast. There was NO protein. No bacon (turkey or otherwise), no sausage, nothing. I take that back, the only protein was boiled eggs. They had everything else, and it was great but alas no meat.

Registration was very inefficient. Can only process one guest at a time. Had to wait almost 1 hour for the clerk to start my registration and then 20 minutes to complete.

Nice room, clean.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but ok for 1 night. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, took a bit to rinse my hair. A minor complaint that could've probably been easily remedied by calling the front desk, was that there were only 2 towels in the room, 4 people. We were only there 1 quick night so we made due.
