The clientele on site We went over to the bar Friday night and was frightened and appalled by the behaviour of a small group of guest … The women’s language was threatening and aggressive and could not understand why they were not removed from the premises as children were in the club and as adults we found it upsetting Did not visit again as did not want to experience such shocking behaviour… shame as we enjoy a friendly game of bingo

It had all been refurbished from when we last went to your site

The nets for a new refurbished property was rubbish except for the twin room plus it hadn’t been cleaned through properly dust down the side of the chest of draws and the small cupboard didn’t use the twin room but the heating wasn’t working the main room after the first night couldn’t get the heating back on the freezer hadn’t been defrosted the top shelf full of ice you should leave instructions of to work the heating and put labels in kitchen and bathroom telling people the water very very hot

I had Chalet 22. A very positive impression made by the receptionist on arrival. March is out of season so the holiday park was quiet. Location is on a hill on the outskirts of town. Chalet was rather basic, but perfectly adequate for my needs. On my own so plenty of space for one. Very clean. Good value out of season. Good friendly staff.

Without Sat Nav you may struggle not to get lost and the approach is by steep narrow winding roads with traffic coming the other way. Walking to town and harbour and back would challenge the super fit, as a long steep walk, though there is a small bus that serves the park and seemed quite regular. I did not drive after dark as so challenging if needing to back up in the pitch black. Some approach roads have very poor surfaces. Less mobile people should note that the park is hilly, so might be best avoided. Bath had a rusty rim, no plug in bathroom sink, toilet flush was iffy, one power socket was faulty. Better for families than single travellers. No Wifi in chalet. Towels not provided. Duvet too thin for winter.

South bay is in a excellent location. There are some lovely walks near by and in easy reach of Brixham centre .

Drinks a little expensive in the club house . No healthy options on the food menu in the restaurant . Lots of weeds around the caravan G69. Which doesn't make the caravan look very inviting plus other caravans had weeds around

Excellent customer service, arrived about 3:30 pm for a 5:00pm check in so went into the Reception to find out which areas of the site we could take our dog in whilst waiting to check in, however we were told we did not have to wait as caravan was already cleaned and available. Given precise location and directions by the lovely member of staff as to where the caravan was and the parking allocated to the caravan. Great walks straight from caravan park

You have to tell the customers to control their pets(dogs) to be kept within their allowed premises.. I had to ask someone to take off the dog litter from right in front of my caravan..

The cafe was brilliant. The food was delicious. The staff were lovely. The caravan overall was good for the price. The bed was very comfortable. The wardrobe was large.

Having a three bedroom caravan took away my side of the bed. One of the windows in one of the children's bedrooms didn't shut at the bottom.

Breakfast was good, Accommodation was comfortable with good cooking facilities. Nice and quiet for me lovely walks very close, Plus bus to get you into town.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. With a good shop on site.

2nd time, we have stayed on the site. 1st was in a chalet, which was great . This time in static caravan number 12. This was very spacious, very clean, and had everything you would need. Clubhouse and all staff were great and helpful 👍

We had such a wonderful holiday here, I honestly can’t think of a single thing I was disappointed with. Everything was just great, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!
