Extremely detailed information pack received in timely manner prior to arrival, everything you could possibly wish to know, really nice touch. Room on first floor, immaculate presentation & cleanliness. Nice touch milk provided in little fridge & little chocolate heart on your towels. Towels lovely. Bed so comfy. Extra special having the balcony. Parking managed to get one of the free spaces outside just dropped very lucky. Beautiful to be in market street & so central for getting all the attractions. Highly recommend & hands down would stay again!

Very minor comment, no bin in main room for putting tea bags in & in bin in bathroom no bin liner.

Noel is a very nice guest, available for information about the area. The bus was starting later on the day I left and Noel he was kind enough to let me check out later than expected. The house is very well located in the center of Dartmouth, 2 minutes walk from the shops and the port.

The noise from the pub downstairs, which lasted every evening until 11.00pm. But I think this cannot be avoided as the rooms are located in an old house right next to the pub.

Location great. Clean and tidy. All basic equipment provided. Good communication and helpful notes/instructions.

Only minor things to consider. Small bin for tea bags under shelf near kettle. Didn’t use tall stool/chair, could maybe take out of room (#6) for more space. Shelf in room with kettle, mugs, etc. on it whilst really well equipped was quite full and didn’t leave space to use hairdryer, straighteners, etc. Biscuits out of date.

The location is amazing. An easy flat walk to nearly everywhere. There is a pub next door but in all the area was very quiet. Noel gave us full , easy instructions on how to locate & access the property. The room had tea, coffee facilities & was exceptionally well presented & clean. The balcony is small but charming with double doors leading on to it and opening on to the market square, car park below.

The room is quite small so there is no room for bedside tables and apart from a small corner bar there is nowhere to put your mug of tea/ coffee to sit and enjoy it.

Perfect location, all you could need was provided. Very clean. Host thought of everything. Just a minute walk to cafes/bars/restaurants/shops.

Bed was a little small which made it really hot. Had patio doors open which helped. Both front & room door were very noisy when some inconsiderate guests were coming in and out early hours. However I assume these doors are a fire regs thing and probably can’t be helped.

The "heated" towel rail in the bathroom did not heat up, and the window didn't open, so there was no way of drying the towels. There wasn't a bin near the kettle to throw out tea bags easily

This is an excellent place to stay. Clean welcoming and in a central location. Property owner provides you with all the information you need and is available if anything is not quite right. We never needed to contact him, because everything was more than excellent.

We liked the location, the rooms clenlyness and small details that made us feel special and were an extra touch that moves this place from good to exceptional, simple.

The location of the property is excellent. The property is comfortable and clean. Lovely bedding & extra large bath sheets.

The step into the shower is very deep and without a rail to hold onto when getting in/out. It is especially difficult when slippy. There should be a small bin in the kitchen area but space is limited. Parking can be an issue.

Perfect location for visiting Darmouth Room - small room which was okay for a few days. Room clean & tidy with everything you could possibly need. Clean bedding & clean good size towels

Bed a bit to soft for my liking (personal references) Bathroom - only has a fixed overhead (forest head) shower head. Parking would be a nightmare in the summer months The real negative to staying here for us is the pub two doors down, lots of noise from people going to & leaving the pub in the evening plus Saturday they had what sounded like a live band late afternoon & then a disco in the evening which could be heard quite clearly from inside our room.

Both the property and host, Noel, were absolutely lovely. The location is amazing for experiencing Dartmouth at its finest. Communication from Noel prior to arrival was fantastic, leaving no questions unanswered. The room was extremely clean, modern, and well appointed.

A few more coat hangers and a full length mirror would finish the room off perfectly.
