The chalet was spotlessly clean, had everything you'd need, ironing board, iron, hairdryer. It was lovely and quiet in a fab location close by to blackpool sands, a supermarket and woodlands theme park. A perfect family getaway. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou Sheena and Richard!

Great location for discovering different parts of south Devon. Quiet site. The kids loved putting £1 coins into electric meter. Very comfy beds. Great that we had use of a washing machine. Chalet had everything we needed for our 8 night stay. Hosts are helpful and quick to reply to messages. It’s the next step up from caravanning 😊

Nothing really. but if we were going to be picky we were sharing our accommodation with a few spiders!

Very convenient location Chalet really well equipped , bright and cheerful. Clean and comfortable

The sofa was a bit low for my mum , she could have done with an armchair. Also a grab rail in the shower would be useful . Having said this all above applies only because my mum has limited mobility .

Good location and generally good quality and clean

Just a few things that could do with sorting, new front door, bathroom door that catches on the floor and a plug socket (near window in lounge) that needs fixing properly

The chalet is in Norton Park, so quiet and peaceful. No problem for parking, and 5 mins by car from Dartmouth. We loved to cosiness and the quiet of that place. Sheena and Richard were both so helpful.

Very clean & comfortable. Very quiet apart from the first night with one noisy neighbour. Easy to get a bus into town.

Noisy neighbour but this was beyond the owner's control. The site itself looks a little tired.

Loved how clean the property was and how cosy. The host Sheena gave us all the info we needed to make the stay a success. Coastal walks and Dartmouth Castle, Dartmouth pubs and great shops. Whats not to love?!

Sofas where a bit dated but still comfortable There was a bit of a musty smell in the lounge when we arrived which seemed to pass

this little chalet had everything you could possibly need and was cosy and nicely decorated. We loved staying there and would stay again.

The only one down side was no facilities for kids on site. I think that's deliberate to attract older guests, but it would be nice to have a climbing frame or something. My husband was stuck there with 2 kids and no car for a day while I worked and they had nothing to do and the road is too dangerous to walk on, so they just walked round and round the garden :-) But once we had the car back it was an ace base from which to explore the area.

The property was excellent. Good facilities provided in kitchen, bedrooms, lounge and bathroom. Clean and even in winter warm enough with the heating. I selected the good choice for my winter vacation.
