The building is quiet, hardly heard neighbors next door, though they could be the quiet sort. The proxmity to good coffee [Starbucks] is welcome, easy walk. Facilities are clean, ice machine works.

Like most properties off highway, parking is included, parking was an extra $11/day, it seemed like there was plenty of parking available for a weekend, and a weekday. There is absolutely no ventilation in the room, not in the bathroom, and the window opens only to about an inch; this is understandable for safety, but as there's no fan both in the bathroom, or in the room itself, the humidity was palpable.

Breakfasts were great! Lots of variety, hot and tasty, very neatly maintained, cordial attendants. Reception staff was pleasant and professional. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean and comforable. Everything worked! (TV, doors, blinds, air conditioning, etc.) My husband LOVED the pool access at the Hampton next door. He swam laps three times in two days in one of the best outdoor pools he's experienced. Perfect water temp, he said. We had a wonderful two nights and will stay here again if we ever return to the area.

The location was amazingly convenient. There were two restaurants and a Starbucks close by. Room was clean. Staff was really kind. Breakfast was tasty!

I booked a room for two adults that was supposed to have 2 queen beds. This is the second time that Booking.com has booked a room with a hotel that was not what I reserved. (One king bed instead of two Queen beds). I probably will not use booking.com in the future as I don't get the room I reserve and they confirm is available.

The elevator broke, I was on the 3rd floor. I thought I was getting a king room but ended up in a double. The room was too small for the price. I was unaware that parking was $11 a night. I was under the impression that it was $11 total. Not sure what that was for because there was no security and the room was super expensive for a basic room. Not impressed.

Had to pay for parking. Broken elevator. Small room.

Cynthia was an outstanding desk manager: went out of her way to be welcoming and help us get what we needed. The property is well kept inside and out, and the layout of King bedroom gave the flexibility of a pull-out sofa. The complimentary breakfast was good, housekeeping was thorough, and the location was perfect for us.

Designed with a large AC unit under the window (rather than central air) and no exhaust fan for the bathroom, which makes the entire area humid and part of the room very cold.

Handicap parking was good, on a cold day it was nice and warm in the lobby as we checked in, a smooth check-in, clean comfortable room especially the good sleeping beds, accessories such as coffee maker and refrigerator, large bathroom!

More user friendly TV channel finding! Much higher commodes for older people and the public in general! Heat vent in bathrooms and exhaust fans (may not be possible in high rises).

My room was not cleaned on the second day of my three-night stay. When I returned to my room in the afternoon, the cleaning person was working on the same floor, so I requested that my room be cleaned. She said "I will do it right away", but the cleaning was not done after all. In the evening, when I informed the receptionist, I was told that she had already gone home. The staff immediately gave me a set of pre-selected towels and I could stay comfortably for the rest of the day. However, it would have been nice if all employees had the ability to operate in English for day-to-day needs.

paying an extra $25 a night for amenities, (what the heck does that mean?), paying an additional $10 a night for parking at the hotel on top of the cost of the room and the amenities. I think that's ridiculous!! I had a family member in the cancer hospital getting a life threatening surgery, the only reason I didn't look for another hotel.

The location was close to the hospital in which we were there due to family sickness. The staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. I would recommend to anyone.

I didn't like that there was a daily parking fee. That was new to me especially since we were guests at there hotel.

It was a clean facility and the staff was very friendly.

I didn't like that there was no visible holiday inn sign at the end of the road, also the road doesn't have a street name sign, so drove past it several times! There could have been more towels and wash rags in the room, we were 3 grown women. And lastly the bed was to high and definitely TO HARD! once we fought our way onto the bed the mattress was like quick sand, you just sank and we stuck! I prefer a much softer bed, we all do.
