The Breakfast was excellent with lots of options fresh and hot eggs, sausages, hash browns, different breads, yogurt, fruits, juices , tea & coffee. The Room was very clean and towels were white and no odour at all. The staff was very helpful especially the night staff who were very patient in listening to my complains. He apologised for the inconveniences The bulb outside the bathroom was not working they came within half hour of complain. It had loose connection needed adjustment. They have coffee, Tea and Hot chocolate available 24/7 on ground floor in coffee room is again an added bonus to guest.

The wifi was not connecting in our room, I requested them 3 times and yet it was not working till we left. The phone in the room was not working at all. The lift makes a lot of noise.

The staff was the best part of this place! They were so friendly, from the moment we arrived late at night and a staff member offered us her parking spot close to the door because she was about to finish her shift! The tv stations would not load, so a staff member came up and tried to fix it. When it didn't work, he referred me to the manager. The manager called on his day off in response to my email, gave us a substantial discount, and even gave us his cell phone number in case we had any issues with the refund. We will DEFINITELY return to this hotel!

Everything was wonderful!

We ended up staying 6 nights (originally booked 4) until my dad was released from the hospital. They gave us their hospital rate for the other 2 nights which was great. The manager and staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. The free breakfast is very good as well. We had a great experience there and even got a new TV in our room. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

My mom didn't like that there was no shower curtain or door on the walk in shower and the floor got wet. I didn't think it was a big deal and just put an extra towel down.

We loved how welcoming and accommodating the staff was. We traveled with our 11 month old and everyone made sure we had everything we could need for her to be comfortable during the stay as well, from having the porta-crib already set up when we arrived to having a proper high chair available for breakfast. We couldn’t feel more welcomed if we tried. Everything was also nicely updated and in working order which was wonderful to see.

There were some stains on the extra bed but we were able to get spare bedding brought up no issue.

Location and building were great- but I had a shower issue

Why are there no shower curtains? I stayed in a king room with a shower that did not have a shower curtain at all so when you stood underneath the water, it would bounce off of you and literally shoot out of the side of the shower all over the side of the bathroom and I didn’t understand why there were no shower curtains at all. That made no sense. Water shot out all over the bathroom and literally got dry clothes and towels, wet because a lack of a shower curtain. I do not understand why there was not one

pros - it was in town which is convenient to walk to places, the people who worked there were super nice and helpful! the bed was comfortable and rooms were clean!

cons - very noisy but that can be at just about any hotel, people slamming doors and loud music being played. The parking was a mess but we asked for help on where else to park so if you’re struggling to find parking just ask the people at the front desk and they will assist you.

It was clean, in a beautiful location, within walking distance to eateries and places of interest. Great breakfast and much more!

That I couldn't extend my checkout time after my 7:05 am plane had been changed to 6:15pm. .I even offered to pay the extra but that was to no avail...I was told all was booked up, I couldn't imagine that on a Wednesday after the eclipse...hotel had already emptied out...also I didn't like that mirror and sink were not in bathroom, but guess that was to keep shower available at all times, especially when some people rake too much time behind the mirror

The staff was great and the breakfast was really good! Location close to many places to eat and the convention center.

The parking lot is insanely small. My room looked like it hadn't actually been cleaned.... the pillows on one bed were everywhere, and the sheets looked as if they were just thrown on. I didn't like the fact that the shower didn't have a curtain or door. I had to get a smoking room (I don't smoke but it was what was available). It reeked of cigarettes! I would think the hotel would air the room out at the very least! I had to sleep with the window open and the heat on. It was stifling.

Everything went well from our stay to the staff to the facilities being provided as per the package. The manager was very lively and supportive he made us feel very comfortable. He gave an overview of places to visit and eat, which was very helpful for us. This hotel was a high point for my trip. My little was happy so my wife was happy so I was happy.

Yes I know the city is costly and this hotel is still lesser in cost but still the cost for higher. Rest nothing which I disliked about the property.

The room was lovely and very clean spacious for the price especially during such a busy weekend! The staff was lovely and the breakfast was great too!

There was an adult African grey parrot in the lobby which was nice until I realized as a large bird owner that she seemed very depressed and stressed not sure that a hotel lobby is the best place. Our room keys needed to be refreshed almost everyday. Also I wish the shower had a door but it was a good shower
