The location of the place is fantastic. Everything from there was per foot accessible. Plenty of restaurants and a little supermarket left and right of the property. The place was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Loved our little balcony overlooking the street below. Hosts were super responsive and answered immediately on WhatsApp. They clearly love this place and look after their guests.

We had a bit of a hot water issue the first two days but the hosts were on it every time. The internet is strong only in the kitchen/living area. Not so good in the bedroom. That would be an easy fix with a simple device.

Communication was excellent. Instructions for the door code to the building and to obtain the keys from the lock-box to the partment were very easy to follow. The apartment is very spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and shower stall are of a good size and the kitchen has everything we needed. There was no noise from outside on Elvira street. Location is great. We will gladly return next time we visit Granada.

Not a complaint by any stretch of the imagination, just a heads up. Change the frying pan in the kitchen, the base it no longer flat. ;)

The location is perfect! You can walk anywhere and the buses for Alhambra are very close. It is in the centre but also there was no noise around. It was a good value for money. The room was big enough and there was a gift bottle of wine in the room which was a nice surprise. The reception staff was very helpful.

The room could be cleaner, we had to wash the dishes before we used them. But besides that we were happy with our stay.

Comfortable spacious apartment. Close to the busy area, but very quiet due to the good windows. Complementary wine was a nice touch in the superior room. Preebooked a car park 5 min away. Helpful staff guided us to great bars and restaurants. Totally recommend it and would go back.

No lift, so elderly people might find it a bit difficult to go the 2nd floor.

This was a really spacious apartment right in the centre of town, only a couple of minutes walk to Plaza Nueva and to the cathedral. There was a small supermarket almost opposite to buy any supplies. We had been left a very nice complementary bottle of wine 🍷

The pillows were a little uncomfortable for me.

The facility was excellent and the location for sightseeing is another. Very quiet and comfy.

It would be much better for me if I got more detailed information in advance about parking. And also the manager didn't even respond to me when I asked her through email for the discount ticket for the parking. I could have saved 26 euros if I had the ticket the manager was supposed to give me. So disappointed!

Located in the city center, it’s a good place to discover Granada. The apartment is newly furnished, comfortable and cozy with a well equipped kitchen.

We specifically booked this accommodation as it stated parking was available. However the parking is just a discount for a public car park which I find misleading. Elevator is old and unrealiable

A great apartment in a very central location. We liked it here! Bed was huge and very comfortable, the kitchen was decently equipped, and everything was very clean. The bedroom was big enough that we fit a crib in with a lot of space to spare. It was quiet even though on one of the loudest main streets. Teresa from the reception was not always there but was easily reachable by WhatsApp.

We had a hard time finding a happy medium with the heating - one day it was freezing and then a couple other days it got too hot in the middle of the night.

Location was a little sketchy

Conveniently located , close to shops , Restaurants and a short walk from a Main Street. 15 -20 minutes walk to Alhambra palace . The property was clean , spacious and very comfortable for a family of five . We spent one night and would go back again .

Don’t have anything to complain about .
