The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble for any of them. Very good freshly cooked breakfast every morning and coffee/tea available throughout the day at a good price. Excellent location in centre of town. English channels on TV was a bonus

Shutter on window was jammed at top so couldn't block sun out of room. Lock broken on patio door on one side.. no anti slip mat in shower which was over the bath.

Nice friendly staff always helpful Kept clean, room serviced daily Breakfast great value for money, good selection fruit, yogurt meat and cheese. Good location 7 minute walk to beach and lots of eating out options

On street parking can be a challenge, A good option is "Parking publico Era de la Madalenta" only 5 minute walk and free. A fridge in the room would be nice only a suggestion

The staff were very helpful and friendly The manager was always making sure our stay was comfortable. He spoke very little English and we spoke almost no Spanish but we got there in the end ! Nothing was to much trouble. The room is a bit old fashioned but it was comfortable and spacious with air con. The housekeeper was lovely and kept our room very clean everyday and changed our towels. This hotel is great for a 2 star right in the centre of guardamar. The beach is 5 minutes walk away.

Probably the only thing that was missing was tea and coffee facilities but again this is a 2 star and you can ask at any time day or night down stairs and the staff are happy to provide this.

Hotel Quino provided me with a super comfortable and warm welcoming stay .All staff including the owner and family could not have been more hospital and helpful ,providing me with extra support when I had an accident, helping with phone calls and local information etc ,to enable me to get treatment. Special mention to Quino who managed the hotel at night, really helpful professional

A lovely relaxing stay in family run Hotel where the staff are attentive and do everything with a smile on their faces. Substantial breakfast with good range of food. A very short walk down the street to the beach or swimming Pool. Very close to town Centre and an excellent range of Shops and places to eat.

We keep returning. It suits our family needs.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the family run hotel. Everything is extremely clean including fresh towels and bed sheets every day! Walking distance to sandy beach and restaurants.

Bedrooms a little dated and a lack of views, but neither detracted from the quality of our holiday.

Excellent breakfast. Very clean room and very modern bathroom few streets from the beach and really good eateries close by. Staff are exceptional, we have stayed several times and have never been disappointed.

Nothing really. Parking can sometimes be difficult if you want to park close to the hotel but have always found a space.

the breakfast /dining room was very pleasant and roomy accessible including via lift.
