That was a really light and spacious apartment with a balcony, close to the bus station. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Venice. There’s also a large Spar supermarket just 5 minutes away from the apartment. The room has everything you might need, including a well-equipped kitchen, iron, washing machine, hairdryer, and more. You’ll even find a couple of laundry capsules in the kitchen cabinet. The bathroom is warm and spacious. Everything was clean and well organized. One of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

The location is ideal, it’s right at the 4L bus stop that takes you straight to Venice. The room is spacious and I have no complaints regarding cleaning.

However, they charge EXTRA for everything. If you need coffee capsules, they’ll charge you. If you need an extra pillow, they’ll not get you one right away. Parking and breakfast are NOT INCLUDED, even though Booking says so. Beware!

The apartment was modern, clean, and nice. We booked an apartment with a fast internet connection and it was working fine, enough for video calls most of the time. The bus stop is just next to the building. There are shops near as well.

The elevator was not working for the whole time we were there, so we needed to walk to the 4th floor. Kitchen had basic set of utensils.

The apartments are about 10 minutes' walk from Venezia Mestre Train Station. The accommodation was clean, with an equipped kitchen and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. We also had a balcony facing the street. There was an iron, hair dryer and a well equipped kitchen. Check-in takes place at the hotel across the street and the staff is very friendly. The historic part of Venice is only 10 minutes by train to Venezia Santa Lucia station.

Apartments are almost in the Indian quarter, you won't even meet Italians here.

Great location, easy connection to Venice (bus stop is literally under the building), big grocey store and many bars and restaurants in close vicinity. Apartment is very spacious with all the necessary appliences. It is also convenient that reception is open 24/7.

It looks like smokers were staying in the apartment at some point, it still smells a bit, aspecially from curtains. It was not possible to fix shower head in the inclined position which was a bit of discomfort. The elevator door has to be closed manually in order for it to move further, had to walk up the stairs once because someone forgot to do close the door.

There are so many buses stop in front of the building. It's near train station. In short, good location. It was big enough to stay for people of two. Washing machine helped during our stay. The balcony was also big enough. Each room has AC, it helps a lot in a hot summer day

Be aware with the hot water, it can run out and than you'll need to wait for it. Would be nice to see some tablets for dish washer. It doesn't make sense to buy tablet to use dishwasher a few times. A microwave would be perfect since this is an apartment.

Self contained, had everything we needed except a kettle or toaster but especially a washing machine. TV had English speaking channels. Lots of space in all rooms Helpful staff at the hotel check in across the road

Didn't have a kettle or toaster. No instructions for any appliances and we think the combi microwave may have been a grill but didn't know how. We used the coffee maker to boil water for tea.

Spacious, clean apartment with basic kitchen utensils. Washing machine and dishwasher were welcomed. Good to have a dining area and a fridge. Local supermarket options across the road and one block away. Bus stop directly outside with tickets able to be purchased at tobacco shop across the street a block away. Trip in to Venice on bus 4L always busy, only takes 12 minutes. Apartment is walking distance of 12 minutes from Venezia Mestre train station or 5 minutes on tram. Shower head did not remain upright unless the water flow was kept at its highest. First night we ran out of hot water which was immediately seen to by the maintenance team - boiler needed to heat up for another 2 hours, monitored the boiler levels to ensure no more cold showers.

Some noise from the street and neighbours but didn’t limit sleeping. Ear plugs always help with local noises! Room had a cigarette smell, perhaps previous people smoked in the room?

The excellent location. The bus stop for the bus from the airport and also to Venice is just in front of the apartment. Very clean and well maintained.

I wish they would change the coffee machine as we can’t use it as the capsules were no where to be found in ANY of the grocery stores. Having a cutting board would be helpful too.
