I loked that it was clean and the staff in the front desk were super nice.

The breakfast was horrible and the guy that drove us to the airport broke 2 of my suitcases right before my flight by slamming them on the ground as he took them off the van , then he picked up the wheesl and hands them to me and says OHH WELL. I called the front desk, and the manager only took $25 off my bill, but 2 broken suitcases cost me $150 to replace.

Clean, nice, comfortable hotel, fine breakfast, one of few airport alternatives with shuttle, cannot say great value because the price was well in line with the value of the service, not lower...

Reviews were very positive about the shuttle service and I chose this hotel mostly on the basis of those reviews as I was arriving with a late evening flight and needed the shuttle service. But my experience on arrival was horrible. I had to wait at the airport for almost an hour although I called the hotel several times about where and how to take the shuttle to the hotel. Takes only 8 mins to reach the hotel but waiting almost an hour for it ???.... My hunch is there was a problem with the receptionist communicating with the shuttle and informing them about my waiting at the airport. On the other hand, shuttle drivers that night and the next morning were very accommodating and helpful.

Barrier free room was perfect for a baby. The bed in the room was lower than usual. The shower room had hand held shower head so easier to shower a baby. 1 bed room suit was spacious for a family with baby stroller. Nice gym.

There was no restaurant in house but could order delivery. Requesting a shuttle pick up without local phone was challenge. The sofa bed was slanted and not comfortable. The Aircon outlet was next to the bed and louder than I wanted but Both living room and bedroom had separate Aircon controls.

Apartment was excellent! More than we needed! We take the hotel near airport because laytime was so long. Bed was huge, better what I have at home. There was soap and shampoo and hair dryer. Shuttle to the airport works well. We take two busses to get to the hotel. There is 10 min bus trip to the grocery store. Fridge was only kitchen device what we used.

The weather :D dishwashing liquid and brush would have been useful so don't have to put dishwasher on just for few dishes. Getting safety deposit back, takes a week

Clean, well-appointed room in a convenient location to the airport. We appreciated the shuttle service!

Guests beware: One side of the hotel faces the garage where buses ferry airport employees to and from the airport at all hours of the night. It is noisy -- and the hotel knows it. There were earplugs waiting for us in the room. They are not enough. If you can, request a room higher up and opposite the side that faces the garage!

It was sufficient for being stuck in Boston when my flight was canceled. Good coffee.

They said free shuttle but when I called repeatedly no one answered. I ended up taking a cab for $30. When I arrived at the hotel the shuttle driver was cleaning the shuttle and totally ignored me. The next morning it functioned well.

Modern and clean hotel, comfortable bed and well equipped studio, enough space and efficient display of each unit. The hotel has its own parking, and is close to the airport. To reach Boston without a car there is possibility to take the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, and then the T Blue Line.

Air conditioning system is too close to the bed and very loud. The American breakfast has good value for money items but plastic cutlery and disposable dishes clash with the atmosphere and the collective efforts to drastically reduce waste.

We had been there two days and Natasha asked what we liked about the hotel and what we didn't like. I told her I was surprised there was not a closet in the room. She told us it was behind the door where you come in. I had tried to open this door and it wouldn't open and had a label next to it that made me think it was for housekeeping to use. I had no idea you lift the handle up to open it, not push down. Perhaps labeling the door with "CLOSET" would help, since it is in the kitchen. Just a thought.

The room was a suite and had a mini kitchen included allowing you to cook your own meals. The hotel was a direct bus away from South Station and close to the airport. They even provide a shuttle from the airport and a complimentary breakfast

There are no family rooms with two double beds. Housekeeping didnt clean the rooms or change the towels (Sorted quickly after a call to the reception)

The hotel staff were super nice and accommodating and the hotel was very clean. The bed was so comfy and loved that it had a full kitchen and a huge sofa bed with an amazing mattress.

The breakfast was not good at all. The turkey bacon and veggie sausage were rubbery and tasted weird. That had no fresh oatmeal or juice. There needs to be more options . Fresh oatmeal and some fruit salad would be great!
