The room itself was spacious, tastefully designed, and extremely comfortable, providing a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. It exceeded my expectations in both size and functionality, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Chicago, and I want to extend my deepest gratitude to all the staff who made my visit so memorable. First and foremost, a special thank you to Ana in Guest Relations for the exceptional management of all my requests. Your professionalism and attention to detail were truly appreciated. I also want to thank Luis, the Chef Concierge, for helping me discover the best that Chicago has to offer. Your recommendations made my trip much more enjoyable! Aaliyah at the front desk deserves a heartfelt thank you for assisting me with an early check-in. Your kindness and efficiency made a great start to my stay. Additionally, Alice at Terrace 16 provided top-notch service during my meals, making each dining experience delightful. I must also express my gratitude to the entire housekeeping staff, bellmen, security personnel, and all employees of this magnificent hotel. Your hard work and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed and genuinely enhanced my experience. Thank you once again for an incredible stay. The property has the best location and the one bedroom suite was incredible. It is spacious and has all the luxuries of home to make you feel comfortable.

When we first arrived and checked-in, staff changed our room to a lower cost room and did not inform us (compared to what we booked). When we arrived in the room and called down it took them a long time to find out why. Turns out because we arrived early they changed us because it allowed us to check in immediately. However, we were not informed, given the choice (as we would have declined as to stay in our originally booked room), and it was a lower charge room but they did not issue a refund. That part of the experience was less than desirable but after that the stay was exceptional.

Beds were comfortable although needed a King and a queen. Location was great and quiet. Had key problems a number of times but once the key battery was replaced all good. Generous with amenities. Went over the top at the restaurant. Food was also amazing. Had champagne and strawberries delivered to room - WOW. Great location. Felt safe and lots of support from staff. Front door men were really nice too!

My two issues were the shower was challenging to turn on without getting wet and the water went into the tub. This is about design and function not operations. The other issue is that we paid for a SPA room and were put in a regular room (they were busy on a weekend). Although they made good with an $80 credit, it was still not what I paid for or ordered. It is more of the point of the matter. Otherwise, we enjoyed the hotel a lot.

As first timers to Chicago we really enjoyed our stay at The Trump Hotel. I chose the hotel for it's location, views, gym, pool, how it looked on the website and the good reviews, and it didn't disappoint. The bed was comfy, the room spacious, and well appointed, everything working as it should be, I got the impression that feedback from customers is listened to here. Our maid did a great job with our room every day. I would highly recommend using the gym as the facilities here are better than any high end hotel that I have been to, so any training that you may currently be doing back home can be continued without sacrifice (unless you are the worlds strongest Man/Lady). The sauna and steam rooms here are in the changing area so are male or female specific, clean, functional but quite small. The changing area however is spacious, secure, has shaving foam, deodorant, body scrub, body butter and a hair dryer. There was a running route map in our room from 1 mile to around 20 which was a nice touch, the area is known for its running and walking. We had a couples massage on one of our days, I would recommend this, a very pleasant way to spend an afternoon. All staff that we encountered were friendly & helpful...maybe a few more genuine smiles and a little warmth and engagement from one or two of the waiters in the restaurant at breakfast wouldn't go amiss - but that is the only slight negative I could give about this place.

What didn't I like? Not really in the hotel's control but I would say the noise from the emergency services in the small hours each night - but then again the trip did feel really safe which added to our enjoyment.

I love the views the hotel offers

I call the front desk shortly after checking in to inquire about transportation to an event that I was attending. I was transferred to the concierge who didn’t answer the phone, then transferred back to the operator who took a message and said they would get back with me. I did not receive a call back in response to my message. When I went to the front desk to ask about transportation, I was informed that. I was informed that the hotel only offers rides on Friday and Saturday.

We got a river view suite and it was AMAZING!!! It was 1 king bed in a separate room with dressing area, and a huge bathroom, 2nd bathroom with a shower, and kitchen with a four seat dining table, a large L shaped couch (with a pull out bed), a desk, a fireplace, and two TV's. The staff was friendly, it was very clean, and while expensive, it was worth it! We were not in town long and wish we had a chance to go to the two restaurants and spa. Next time!

Rooms were very spacious with a very large bed. Decor very modern with remote controlled curtains and lights. An exceptional bathroom witb choice of separate shower and bath and a tv screen within the mirror. Staff were professional and friendly and gave great advice as to what to do and where to go Location on the river was excellent with restaurants and shops and theatres only a few minutes walk away

The restaurant on the 16th cloor looked imprrssive but the menu was limited. Not really a complaint, the menu just didnt suit us

Facilities are top notch, it’s like living in your own luxury condo. All great luxury materials and appliances. Fitness center was also great, and views were spectacular. They create an experience that you don’t even know you want. They cleaned my bathroom - and then arranged my toiletries. I had a book out I was reading so they left a Trump bookmark on top of the book. Little things that seem inconsequential but create a memorable experience, and a loyal customer.
