Cleanliness, staff, service, quiet, pet friendly, location, facilities, accessibility, room comfort, kitchen, welcome busket and many others... We loved everything about this place from meeting Rob and Val to super clean rooms, comfy bed, excellant amenities and cleanliness. The prooerty is located just a few steps from the central market, everything within a few steps away. Very quiet, full of amenities, excellant outdoor play area and BBQ. All units are pet friendly. We received a pet blanket and it was highly appreciated. AC and fans appreciated during hot days and nights. What impressed us the most was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. They are always there to assist the guest. Reception is always accessible for any queries, info about local attractions and loaded with coffee, milk and chocolates. Inside the room, towels provided specifically for Radium hot springs; guest can carry towels to hot springs and save some $. There were so many thoughtful things that made our stay so special. This is a place for us when we visit Invermere or Radium Hot Springs or Kootenay national park area. Absolutely recommend!

The hosts Rob and Val are awesome, their service, excellent communication, willingness to service and help is definitely a strong asset for this location. The room was in a great condition, the retro style mini bar fridge and the microwave, the comfort of the bed, the supplies for cooking (even without having a kitchenette) are incredibly more than good reasons to go back.

The sink has some tear and wear and it would be good to take a look at it, but nothing bad or immediate.

Easy access of the highway. Lido motel is a great place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Shower pressure was great and the host is helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. He was always available for questions and gave great tips. I would love to stay here again if I ever return to the area. The room was stocked with chocolates, tea, coffee and appliances.

Great deal for the price, and I was treated very very well! Thank you so much to the young lady who stayed up very late and made sure I was greeted and treated so well after getting stuck in a storm and road closure! Loved the electric fireplace, it warmed me up fast. The bed was so comfortable I fell asleep immediately! I would stay here again.

Though the room was super clean, there was a slight lingering smoke smell that seems to come from somewhere in the main room ( couch, carpet?) . Nothing horrible, but it was noticeable.

I could not fault this lovely little motel, well equipped kitchen, little extras in the bathroom, ice and ice pops from the office. Val and her husband were delightful, very helpful and up for a friendly chat. Just loved this place, stayed in quite a few different places whilst visiting Canada and this was by far our favourite! 😊 shame Booking.com doesn’t show exterior photos, the outside looks really pretty. We visited August 2024.

Traditional motel with modernised room and all required facilities including airco, perfect arranged. Extremely friendly and supporting owner, helped us on short notice early mornings to a 4 person room as we had to move out of a nearby cabin where we fled from dirt and other nasties. So in one word, hospitality at max. What a relief, very clean room. Selection of teas, coffee, popcorn and others in room. Closeby (walking distance) supermarkets, restaurants, park information center and some hikes. Closeby drive distance to other hikes / fall / hot springs.

Limited noise from street.

Location was great. Val was very welcoming! Also appreciated the advice on where to get dinner and see the local sites. Appreciated the upgrades and retro style of the appliances on the room. Wish we could have stayed for another night!

Shower head did not spray out to full space on tub.

Loved the retro detail in this very clean older facility. The beds were comfy with the most amazing, cozy extra blanket. The staff were warm and welcoming. We were grateful for this perfect pet friendly accommodation. Yet another bonus the pet fee was excluded.

As a senior with knee issues, the sofa was too low, so I couldn't sit on it. As a 2 night stay, I made the best of it as everything else was great.

Very cozy, clean, spacious. It has everything you need for a perfect staycation from a fully functional and equipped kitchen to even little treats that my kids enjoyed. This motel will be our favourite place for future visits. We will be happy to return.

The bed mattress, we found to be quite hard.

We appreciated how the room is set up, with a separate bedroom, living area and kitchenette. The bathroom was spacious and the whole space was immaculately kept. We like being able to drive up to our unit, and have a space to keep our bikes during the night.

There was no daily housekeeping provided, which we don't mind. But, it might have been nice to have the garbage taken out and towels refreshed once during our 5 night stay. Probably our fault, as we could have requested this.
