Convenient location, spacious grounds with old-growth trees, easy check-in, very large and clean room, cold AC, internet worked well, plenty of towels, coffee maker in room, full-size fridge, large microwave, iron and board, water can be hot if you want, a large shower, sink and shower drained well, bed comfortable, and no bugs. Limited encounters with staff were cordial and helpful.

No elevator or dumb waiter for second-floor rooms (only floor available at check-in). I had a king bed room and there was no easy chair/reading chair. there is a very small low back padded chair and a heavy tint table intended for eating.

Price and location for what we needed

Desk light was out. The toilet seat was missing the screw that holds it on the bowl. No hand towels or wash clothes. Appearance when you walk in was a little worn. Light switch cover was broke and missing and furniture needed a good polish. Bathroom baseboards were all scuffed up. But the front desk was very nice and helped with all my questions. All it really is is that the hotel is really showing its age.

The room cleaning lady's giving out 1 hr before checkout wake up , on purpose knocks ,,, Everytime I've stayed she plays this game , and some people are looking for 15 mins to get up before checkout , it's hard to go back to sleep after being woke up on purpose a hour before time

The front dest cleark Juan is polite, friendly and courteous. Frankie who is in maintenance does a great job. Plenty of free parking.Rooms are big, clean and price is reasonable. Pet friendly, has a beautiful court yard and pool is really nice.

Floors are very Dirty Towels don't look like they are washed and Mold around the Baseboard by the AC and in the bathroom Dust behind the Dresser Night stand also No Laundry Service like it says on the Details of the Property was told the Washer and Dryer were broke

JJ and Staff were polite, courteous and friendly. JJ goes above and beyond to help ylu.That it is pet and kid friendly place. Courtyard is so nice and the outside patio is great to set out and a nice view and pool.kids have place to play outside. Rooms are nicely sized.

Little more plants and flower's at the front of building would make it have more curb appeal.

Everything is close food, stores. The access to Highway.

Need a mirror in the bedroom side, just have one in bathroom. The bed clothes and towels need to be clean some look dirty and that is important than a luxury place.

Able to get a ground floor room. Room was modern & clean with comfortable bed.

Other patrons were quite loud. I did not feel safe in the parking areas where there were "partying get togethers" being held. Appeared that a lot of guests were "living" in your facility.

I Absolutely love the employees , and the bed was so comfortable.

There was a few roaches & the kids upstairs stomping was a little aggravating late at night

Carmen, clerk that checked me in, went above & beyond to make my stay memorable!! See was fantastic!!

My experience with booking.com!! When she tried to check me in, said card was declined!! So reservation was cancelled! Sure hope they didn’t charge my card anyway!!! Had to start over!! Used a different card.
