All staff, without exception, were courteous and helpful with information. After I had been working for a while in the lobby, one worker even offered to prepare me a coffee. The breakfast was extensive, varied and tasty. Ample parking is located directly on the hotel site. Key tram lines are within a short walk from the hotel.

A free gym was advertised (in basement) but was unavailable during my stay because of renovations.

Breakfast was great! Good pancakes and a fruit bar. The receptionist even offered coffee when we were checking out at 03:00 in the night to go to the airport. The location was quite nice as well. Quiet and tidy part of town.

It was quite hot for us when our group was staying in Zagreb. The room could have a bit stronger AC in this case. The toilets could have more flushing power as well, had to keep flushing all the time till the job was done. In my opinion waste of water.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness in the room and bathroom (towels are changed daily), free parking, good breakfast and every morning you get a free cappuccino or coffee from the machine, comfortable bed, quiet part of town (sleeping area), station tram no. 17 nearby (20 minutes to the center), a supermarket next to the hotel, near the recreational area of Lake Jarun. I would stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

We loved the area, a quiet nice neighborhood near Jarun lake.The hotel is newly built.Opposite there is a park and close there are some restaurants,bars and café. The tram station is very near.The hotel staff was excellent, very professional and helpful with everything we needed.The receptionists recommended very good restaurants,made reservations for us and even arranged to have breakfast very early in the morning.The room was spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated.The bed mattress was the best I ever slept in!

Bed was extremely comfortable and big, the staff was so nice! Special shoutout to the older gentleman that was doing the night shift and the gentleman that was working at the breakfast. The staff made our stay even better. The hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast was immaculate. This place is such a hidden gem, we shall visit again.

Ventilation system was weird but the staff helped.

This hotel is just great. Small, but modern, clean and beautiful. Breakfast was very good and delicious. Location very convenient, just a short tram ride away from old town. Staff is very accommodating and helpful, fluent in English. Free parking is a huge bonus. Even after check out, they let us leave our car in the parking lot for the first part of the day while we explored the city. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, especially for travelers with a car.

We read on the website that breakfast was included, the same as it was last time I stayed there. However, on check out we found that we had to pay. It was a substantial breakfast and not really expensive but not what we thought was advertised. We also saw on the website that if we spent over 90 Euros the cost of a taxi to the airport (in our case, the bus station) was also included. The taxi driver told us that he had been working with your hotel for seven years and every passenger had paid. Once again, not expensive, just the principle of the matter.

Great value for money. Good location. You can reach city center with Tram 17 wich stops 5mins away. Hotel has a free parking wich is very convenient. Also, its easy to reach the hotel when you exit the highway. Big, clean and comfy rooms. Breakfast offers variety of options and everything tastes good. Friendly and helpfull staf. I higly recommend staying in hotel Jarun.

Excellent hotel in the outskirts of Zagreb central. You can take the 17 tram to get to Zagreb old town in 20 minutes. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We did drive to this hotel and was able to park our car for free. The room is very clean, good double bed and clean bathrooms. The breakfast provided was excellent. They even provided made to order omelets and good cappuccino/espresso. The staff is very courteous and good customer service.

Very helpful friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful pizza restaurant nearby.(Basta). As this was our first day in Croatia, we had several important questions that they answered very patiently.
