Location is great, walkable to many attractions. Attached parking garage. Comfortable beds. Room was very nicely decorated and exposed brick walls were a nice touch to the historical nature of thecarea/building. Breakfast area was very nice, good selection (breakfast burrito) and large and comfortable sitting area with higher quality furniture than most.

Could invest in a little higher quality toilet paper. The motion sensor light in the bathroom needs adjusting as lights kept going off while in the shower.

First.. the staff when we checked in was knowlegable, efficient and friendly. They answered all of our questions. The room was quiet and spacious. Lovely. The elevators did not work well. The scanner where you scan your room key was hard to opperate. Parking was good. The stay was fantastic.

Breakfast is from 7-10. We came down at 9:30 and almost all the hot breakfast was gone with clealy no intent to restock. It would have been nice, since we were there before 10, to have full breakfast options.

The location was perfect! We walked to our event at Van Andel and easily found somewhere to walk to for dinner. The hotel was a very cool mix of modern and old. The pool was great for our kids. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was very friendly. Fitness center was well-equipped and clean. We will definitely stay again when we visit the area.

Need more towels in the guest rooms and pool area

I liked the room and the location of the hotel. It was central to everything in the downtown area, and you could walk to all the restaurants and places you need to get to.

Nothing that I could really think of. Overall, it was a well-rounded experience, nothing to complain about.

Room was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. Location was ideal for attending a concert at Van Andel arena. I accidentally left my jacket in the room upon checkout and the staff followed up and assured it made its way to a shipping company to get it back to me. This attention to customer service was much appreciated!

Stephanie at the breakfast buffet was exceptional! We would have liked to have waffles, however, we heard that the one available kept blowing a circuit breaker. I would suggest getting a different one or put in a bigger breaker!

The first room we went to unfortunately had all the bedding in a pile on the floor and the dresser drawers were hanging open. We were quickly given an equivalent room on the same floor by Dave at the front desk.

Wifey and I loved the nostalgia and room layout. The hotel staff was very friendly and the amenities were on point.

How cold the first room was, it wouldn't get past 64 degrees and room 2, was nice at 72 degrees.. it was like -6 outside

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Good location. Nice size room.

It would be nice if there was a door between the bathroom sink area and the bedroom since the light shines into the bedroom when it is on.

We loved the view and amenities. The room was very nice!!

There was a whistling.coming from the vents that was really annoying. The $38 parking should be included in the price of the room. It was an unpleasant surprise and we lucked out that we parked in the correct garage.

Location close to everything downtown. Kitchen and fold out bed.

There are no utensils to clean dishes. This was compounded by a dishwasher that didn't seal properly to complete a cycle. We figured this is why the dishes Hao water stains.
