The room we stayed in was lovely - it was a special room over the reception area. It would be very nice for a longer stay as it had a sofa and television. The whole hotel had a comfy feeling. The staff were friendly and approachable.

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. They cook it to order but there was nobody to meet us when we arrived in the restaurant and no instructions (written or verbal) to take a seat, help yourself to cereals etc and that the staff would be there soon to take your order. Some of the places are a bit dated but I think they are gradually doing it up and what they have done is nice.

The staff are smashing and nothing is too much trouble. Free parking but car park can get very busy. Room was comfortable with good tea and coffee making facilities. Bottles of water and biscuits were also free although the water was not replenished the next day. However a fridge would be good in which to keep additional milk and water. Bath panel was broken but shower was amazing with plenty of hot water. Furniture in the breakfast room was a little tired (chairs broken) and the toasters need replacing but a good variety of breakfast food available and fresh. Location was good but you do need a car to get into Chipping Camden as bus service is limited. Morrisons Daily across the road which is well stocked.

The only thing was that the rooms were too hot with no air conditioning or fans available. The windows could be opened but then you have the noise of the road which is quite busy all through the night

The room was lovely. Well furnished, clean and comfortable. Pleasant views of Mickleton main road with its lovely old buildings, beyond the garden where you can sit and relax

We understood that we had paid for B&B with your company. This turned out wrong it was room only. Our final bill included room payment. Which we drew receptions attention to, and the double payment was returned. The whole bill didn't make sense. We gave up and just paid up. Dining room staff got our very simple meal orders wrong and argued with us.

Our first room was a little small but the staff were extremely helpful and, as the hotel wasn't fully booked, allowed us to swap rooms. Our new room was excellent with two bay windows and a large bed. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was excellent! I had duck and my husband the steak and kidney pudding. Both were delicious but next time I would definitely have a pudding! Breakfast was self-service and perfectly adequate.

We had a rattle in one of the windows which was easily solved by inserting some tissue paper. There is no lift at the front of the building but we were only on 1st floor so not an issue for us. Although our room was on the front, we didn't have any road noise.

This is our third stay.in the hotel, And hope to return again soon. We absolutely love this hotel, it's in a picturesque village. With a lovely outdoor seating area. It's an ideal spot for travelling around the Cotswolds. The breakfasts are to die for. We also had dinner in the restaurant. The savoury puddings were delicious, there is also a lovely bar that serves most drinks. There have been a few changes since our last stay which makes the hotel even more desirable.. We stayed in room 17 which was very spacious with a lovely bath & shower and very comfy beds . Sally & Rose who served us breakfast every morning are a real asset to the hotel. The location and hotel staff were all fantastic. The breakfast and dinner we had on one night were also very good. In a village in the heart of cotswolds just 3 miles from Chipping Campden and 6 miles from Broadway.

Just a couple of things we had booked with a dog. They were very accommodating, however the room they allocated was really too small for having a dog in the room and it's location at start of corridor to hotel bedrooms means there is a lot of traffic past the bedroom door which is not great for any dog.

The hotel very kindly put us in room on the ground floor when I mentioned that my wife was on crutches. The dining room was virtually opposite and the evening meal was well presented with two charming young waitresses who were very helpful. Breakfast was equally as good with a choice of all the things that you would expect and more.

The bar was a bit dingy and needs the lights to be turned up a fraction. No real ale but the Purity craft beers are worth a try. The bottled Cotswold cider was an inspired choice. I wish I had discovered it earlier in the evening.

Loved the look of the hotel in general. We had bed & breakfast and the food options and food itself was lovely. The staff couldn’t have done more for us, we didn’t realise how in advance we needed to book taxis and one lovely lady (who is also sheep farmer) got us lots of different number for taxis. We found the bed soooo comfortable and the outside garden area and bar inside was beautiful 🤩

The room was a little plain but it was only to get ready in and sleep so was fine for what we needed and great value for money. Only if I was being picky there was a few stains on the carpets.

Breakfast was very good. The room was spotless and had air conditioning which was very welcome in the hot weather. Our room overlooked the hotel outdoor eating area and gardens. Plenty of hot water for a shower but no walk in shower just a shower attached to the bath. Bath robes and bottled water were a welcomed addition. We didn't have dinner at the hotel.

No walk in shower. I find it really difficult to lift my legs over the bath to get into the shower and there was only the towel rail to hold in to. Luckily it was summer so it wasn't turned on and was cold.

The hotel's location is excellent, providing easy access to the main villages by car. Convenient parking was an added bonus. The food was fantastic, and I highly recommend dining at the restaurant—it was of a very high standard. The breakfast was also great, offering a good selection of both hot and cold options. If you're staying for more than one night, definitely include the breakfast. Room was warm, clean, cosy and well equipped.

While not a problem for us I imagine some people might find the interiors a little dated.
