Staff service was great and very practical. The place was clean and excellent breakfast options. Recommended for people that need to stay near the main McAllen area.
I needed some Kleenex and the box had like 5 tissues, when I asked for more to the recepcionist they told me I have to wait until the next morning. But that was all, everything was OK.

The location and the facilities.
Only detail is that tthe pillows in one of the beds had no pillowcases, the pillows themselves looked old and a little unclean. Staff was quick to provide the missing pillowcases though.

I was charged twice for the room, which was booking.com's fault. Up to this day, I still haven’t heard from booking.com. For the reimbursement of my monies. The hotel charged me for the night because the reservation I made a month ago for my trip was never sent to the holiday inn. They called booking.com, and they could send the reservation, so the hotel respected the reservation but when they were charging the virtual card from booking, it never went through.

Everything was really clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice too! The staff was really nice and friendly. Great location you're close to everything.

Excellent service, extremely clean and comfortable 👌 I love the housekeeping staff 😍 By far the best breakfast buffet 😋 and it was free 😋

The lady at the front desk (so sorry cannot remember her name) on 6/20 & 6/21 afternoon/ evening was very, very nice and helpful.
We stayed 3 days, and nobody came to clean the room or change towels.

The fact that our stay was too short,because our grandkids really wanted to go swimming with the other kids and friends 😒
