I love the atmosphere! So cozy and vintage vibes. The front desk was so sweet, coffee from the coffee bar was AMAZING! Stayed in the lobby till midnight playing board games they have in the lobby. Bed was comfy and the room was clean.

I wish I would have stayed on the front side of the motel. We were on the backside facing the pool and main parking lot at the bottom level and all I could hear was kids running up and down the stairs and walkways, kids in the pool and cars starting and turning off. It was never not quiet, with the pool not closing till 11pm, kids were hollering until then. I would have rather stayed in the front listening to the highway. The breakfast was just danishes and cereal, easy quick things. They just don’t say that in their website so “free breakfast” had me thinking eggs, bacon etc.

The places set up to gather and be comfortable; easy to relax. The staff helpful, and the room was super clean.

The room was very nice, however being right next to the stairs and kids being kids, their running up and down the stairs after 10 pm had me questioning their parents choices. The curtain in the window left a gap that when in bed was at eye level. I noticed several people putting blankets or towels in the windows or trying to pull the shades down far enough. But what really puzzled me the most is why have room numbers so hard to see? Hard to see up close much less from your vehicle while looking for where to park.

Nice atmosphere

Didn’t get to use hot tub or fire pits bc too crowded and constantly taken up

The staff was friendly and it felt a bit closer and personal than what you would get with a larger hotel chain. Felt more like being at home for me and my Fiance which was nice! Daily offerings of live music to movie showings was a nice touch.

The bed was horribly stiff to the point that I found myself waking up multiple times during the night. With cheaper memory foam mattresses hitting the market, I am not sure why you would still opt for hard box-spring mattresses in 2025. Other than that, I would say that the rooms are a bit small and offer nearly zero sitting space unless you use the ottomans, which still are hard to sit on for longer than 5-10 minutes.

The rooms were clean. The office offered free games and a comfortable environment. The property is in a beautiful location with a small creek in the back. Nice fireplaces but too hot to sit next to this time of year. The swimming pool is on the smaller side but everyone looked like they were having fun. I forgot my toothbrush, the employee gave me a toothbrush and mouthwash, didn't have to make an extra trip. My husband and daughter enjoyed the snacks sold in the lobby.

The bedroom is cramped. No place to sit and eat. The staff were friendly but not attentive to customers. They would wander off from customers waiting for service. One said he would email my receipt, still haven't received one. We had to bring our soap bottles to the lobby to have them refilled, they were empty on arrival. The beds are on the harder side.

Very well designed and updated lodge. The pool and soaking tubs and fire pit areas along the creek are exceptional. I wish we had had more time to enjoy them. The front desk and bar are terrific. Would definitely stay here again.

I am sure the lodge likes to be very efficient, but the multiple texts I received a day before and on the day of arrival asking me to fill out a simple form (that then wasn't found when I checked in and had to be refilled out at the desk) was disruptive during my vacation. Additionally, I received a text promptly at 8 am on the next day (we only stayed 1 night) reminding me that I was checking out and to let them know when I had left. Check out is at 11. I'm sure they try to run a tight operation, but it sort of felt like "get the h*11 out, thanks". Haha

Improvements to property very nice. Didn't use hot tubs but will next visit.Pet friendly with no hassels. Room was very clean. Spencer, the maintainance guy, was awesome. Very helpful, friendly, respectful and a dog lover. Please keep him around. Liked the glass glasses in room.

The room we had was really small. It was do-able but small especially with our dog. No good place for opened suitcase to set. The waste baskets were really small. There were 3 waste baskets in the room but too small. The TV was difficult for us to use. We don't stream at home so we didn't have a clue what we were doing. The Lodge staff did come to room and help us. Very thankful for this.

Vibes were great, hotel was up against a nice little creek, and everything was clean. Short drive from all the tourist attractions. Plus the Ozarker signature scent lotion smelled good. The coffee from breakfast was amazing (not the paid hotel café coffee, specifically the breakfast coffee).

For how expensive this place is nightly, the breakfast was extremely disappointing. The only protein option was hard boiled eggs. Another thing I thought this hotel lacked was access to a water station. There is a dispenser in the lobby, but it was empty one of the mornings I tried to get some water during breakfast.

The outside area was beautiful and well maintained. Lots of firepit seating and the creek was nice. My kids loved the natural playscape. We didn't go to the pool, but it did look nice.

There is not elevators. We were on the 3rd floor, and it was fine, we could manage, but I'm glad we didn't have older people in our group. Our room also smelled a bit musty. No daily housekeeping, you have to request towels down at the front desk. Breakfast wasn't anything exciting.

The outside area was an ideal setting for families and couples. Loved the stream running behind the property, soaking tubs, dog friendly, areas around small fire pits . Beds were comfortable. Staff friendly. Coffee shop opened at 6 am . The baristas were knowledgeable.

Need more than one checkin station especially at high times of checkin and checkout.. long lines. More help at bar and coffee center during high traffic times. Larger pool or add an additional pool.
