It was lovely, clean, nice staff, nice atmosphere, nice restaurant/bar on the bottom floor.

WONDERFUL! but NOT ROOM #6. Our room was VERY small, which is fine. But it gave on to a window level street and although the window could be opened, the shutters really couldn't be, and the slats were fixed. Consequently the room was very dark and very stuffy making use of the air conditioner essential. And due to our overuse the unit leaked. That said, I saw several of the other rooms during cleaning, they were light, bright and lovely. I highly recommend the place, but NOT ROOM #6.

super clean. once we worked out the check in system then easy. they handled our luggage transfers and did a great job. we ate at the restaurant downstairs. the calamari and salad were great. pork I wouldn't order again

the bed needs extra pillows. those provided were a bit flat

The location is great. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Easy access to the train station that takes you to San Sebastian or Bilbao.

Parking wasn't the easiest to find, but with patience comes a good parking spot in a free parking lot.

Comfortable, clean, very nice facility, didn’t have to talk to anyone. Nice breakfast!

Google maps doesn’t know where it is, the hotel isn’t clearly marked, and because the instructions for getting in weren’t sent in English, we had a hard time finding the entrance. We were also very confused about how to enter and a nice man at the associated restaurant downstairs had to explain it to us

Spotlessly clean and modern appartement. Even of it is situated above the bar that can get vert lively at the evening, the windows are so recent and of such good quality that it is totally quiet inside. Close to train station

Super clean. Quiet. Very new. Free parking nearby - 3-4 mins. In the heart of the town. Bars and restaurants in the area, including a nice, elegant one downstairs, which pertains to Mirotza.

The appartment was very clean and tidy. Nice features like airco and electric ceiling window+shutters. We thought we booked a room but got a complete appartment. Also the pub downstairs is good with nice drinks and food. Quiet nights, thats a big plus.

I could not find ventilation in the bathroom.

Clean space with enough room to settle.

Nothing, although there is a bar downstairs and on weekends it may be noisy until late (I think it was 2AM), luckily we were very tired so we didn’t even notice.

The location and the suite itself were perfect. We were even able to check-in a bit early. In fact, the hostess saw us out front looking a little unsure and invited us to come in and get comfortable.
