Very cozy cabin. Nice beds. Clean everywhere. Great value for the price, not too far from town. Bus stop nearby. Good restaurant on-site. Garden-like setting.

Check-in and check-out took far longer than it could. Slightly cramped grounds. The camp is huge, this might be the reason. No real red flags IF the price is right for you.

Really friendly and helpful staff. On site restaurant is good and are other nice restaurants nearby for the more authentic experience. The local online guide they provided had some really good info and recommendations in there - our day trip to Zarautz was a highlight.

Facilities are very limited and we were there mid to end May and the pool was closed but had not been informed of that beforehand thankfully nice beaches were just a bus ride away. On site Shop was closed from Monday to Friday and nearest shop was a drive away. Also are bean bag couches and are not the most comfortable to be honest. Other slight grip was that parking space we were assigned was not fit for use. If all cars were there we would never have been able to park the hatchback we had.

Very pretty campsite, fabulous location. The lodge was perfect for what we wanted, but I don't think we would want more than 3 adults in it. Had dinner in the restaurant, which was very good. Access by bus to San Sebastian was easy, regular, and not expensive.

The kitchen was good, but could have had a few more utensils. That said, we had all we needed for our short stay. I would like a little more information on the website about amenities, like the restaurant. That said, when I emailed, the answer was very quick and very informative.

All in all good, clean pool and good facilities. A little bit pricy for the location and on a camping site. Rented a mobile home more expensive than a hotel in town. Got a mobile home with very small terrace, whereas other had huge terraces. Also uncomfortable furniture outdoors. Pool could be open at least between 10am and 9pm. Loved the yoga/pilates, shame it wasn’t everyday.

As mentioned, furniture outdoor and small terrace. Also not very clean in the home, insects behind the sofa and floor wasn’t wiped.

Classic mobil homes, very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The camping is quiet. It‘s very practical that a bus to San Sebastian stops practically in front of the camping. Very good location to visit San Sebastian and then the other side of the coast. Was good for us for a 4 day stay.

I missed a dishwasher but I should have checked that when booking! 😬 The sofa is very hard. Otherwise everything was as advertised.

All good in general

No automated key fob barrier, so they had to let you in each time you wanted to come in with a vehicle and with minimal staff you were sometimes waiting up to 5 mins to get in. So it’s a pointless security feature as staff would be too busy at reception to prevent any dick and Harry just walking in that had no business being there. On our visit the on site supermarket was closed Monday and Tuesday, but did sell some morning food essentials at the restaurant in the morning.

The bungalow was fantastic. Beautiful decorated, location was excellent . Restaurant was also good and convenient.

There were no activities for teenagers , not a place in the evening for teenagers to go to (like a pool table). One ping pong table is not enough. There was not enough bread in the morning.

The location and the lovely cabin

I lost a pair of reading glasses - and am fairly sure that they somehow got mislaid in the cabin. I presumed they were in the case in my bag but they weren't unfortunately and it is all my fault. Anyway, I emailed Wecamp to ask if they'd seen them the day after... after looking in all bags but so far , I haven't had a response. I've emailed them again tonight, trying out my Espanol. So far I haven't had a response. They may be busy but It would be nice for them to acknowledge the email, even if the glasses haven't been found. Everybody was very friendly there.

Terrace outside accommodation was quite pleasant and all was nice and clean

There was no kettle provided and only one small and one large saucepan and a frying pan to cook with. Sofa was uncomfortable chairs to eat at table were also very hard. Camp shop was very poorly stocked with basic foods such as eggs and bread unavailable. .

Excellent glamping facilities, safe and secure parking. Even tho it is early spring/end of winter it was still warm inside the tent. We had an issue with the stove not working and two staff members promptly came to help and secured new frying pans that work with the induction plates they were very helpful. Great playground on the property
