The staff were wonderful and kind and went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. the pool was lovely and well maintained. The breakfast good. The standout was the evening meals in the restaurant. We dined in 4 times because the food was sooo good and very reasonably priced. Laundry was charged at very reasonable rate too.

The gym. It was very underwhelming. 2 treadmills stuck on an incline of 15%. Staff unable to rectify this. Only other machine was an antiquated cross trainer. As I chose this place for what looked like a reasonable gym I was very disappointed. I did suggest to management that they either improve the gym or get rid of it all together so people aren't disappointed like me.

The staff was amazing. They were very kind and eager to please. The hotel was in a great location. The restaurant had great food and provided room service. They accommodated our request to substitute items when my husband fell ill due to eating street food.

The bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were very fluffy, though.

All of the staff make this hotel very special, everyone is exceptional! They work very hard to make your stay wonderful. They did a lovely happy birthday message and cake for my husband. The rooms are crisp, cleaned daily, and sufficient size, with a comfy bed. The pool was lovely, you need to arrive early to get a sunbed, though people move throughout the day. The shuttle service to the beach and old town was very good. The restaurant is good. There is a large selection at breakfast. The Spa was also very good and well worth using. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Not many pool side beds. There are only two shuttles to the beach and old town, and they are popular, so it can get very busy at times, and would be great to have additional shuttle times added. The beach club and beds were great, but if you arrive with the shuttle, other hotels have often filled the beds if its high season. Overall, very little to be disappointed with, the hotel staff work hard to make sure everything is perfect.

Exceptional client service- one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Mrs. Huung and Mrs. Giang elevated client service to the master level. It was pleasure to be there. Very good pool (with shadow) and lounge area. Water dispenser, gratis mini bar - one time per day included in price, sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guest at the beach, convenient shuttle bus hours (with 1 exception). Spacious rooms, different activities at the hotel, happy hours, and very good breakfast.

We had 5 rooms and in 3 of them at 3rd floor there was smell of mold (rooms which have a street view). The sunbeds at the beach are very old and dirty (but they were and it is great advantage comparing to other hotels). Shuttle bus hours for the beach - 4 hours at An Bang beach is too much- it should be shorten and maybe different beach should be chosen - Cua Dai for example.

The staff here are brilliant, always friendly and helpful. If there is ever an issue it is resolved immediately. Our room was clean and comfortable with complimentary mini bar which was a nice touch. The pool here is one of the highlights as it is big and we always managed to get a sunbed. Another difference from many other places was that the pool was open until 930pm which was so nice to have a swim before bed. This hotel offers complimentary shuttle bus to the beach and old town which is very appreciated. Breakfast was great with lots of variety and never crowded, the staff here do a great job, very good omelettes! All in all a very nice stay for a week and we will be back if in Hoi An again. Thank you.

We couldn't really fault this place

The hotel was amazing. The experience we had was first class, from the lovely reception staff to the restaurant staff. Nothing was a problem, all the staff welcomed us and made our six night stay incredible. The buffet breakfast is wonderful with an array of dishes and the hospitality staff that were 100% attentive and always accomodating. We also dinned at the restaurant for lunch and dinner and the freshness of the food was amazing. Compliments to the wonderful chef and his team. A special mention to Tram the restaurant supervisor & her team for excellent and friendly service by all our wait staff. This really enhanced the experience of the stay. We had a fabulous room (thank you for the upgrade) close to the pool. The facilities are well kept, clean and an amazing pool. Our room was always tidy too, thank you. Very kind and beautiful reception staff who were always obliging to offer help and information, your smiles and attentiveness was so appreciated. The shuttle bus service into town and the beach was fantastic. I also enjoyed the day spa which was relaxing. To management you have exceptional staff, with people who really care about their guests in the most genuine way, thank you the lovely people of the Saga, my son was so sad when we left, you have left a lasting impression on him and us. We thank you so much for an unforgettable stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Saga Hoi An, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. A special thanks to Nhung, Thu, and Trang for their incredible hospitality and warmth. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made my stay unforgettable. Whether it was helping with recommendations, ensuring my room was perfect, or simply greeting me with a smile, they truly made me feel at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming decor, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The location is perfect for exploring Hoi An, and the overall ambiance is serene and welcoming. Our vacation at The Saga Hotel was a real treat for our family ! We loved the spacious rooms which were beautifully presented. The gym and pool were fantastic and after touring it was wonderful to come back to relax there. The Hotel offered an amazing buffet breakfast and the Restaurant was excellent. We had the most delicious traditional Pho and salmon dish. A special thanks to the Executive chef, Kim Tuan Lee and Tram, the Restaurant Supervisor for looking after us so well. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Absolutely spectacular. From the very gracious check-in process to the beautiful rooms, wonderful pool and breakfast and beautiful elegant feel to it. Most of all the staff were a delight. Quite exceptional staff so friendly and warm and welcoming and helpful. This was my best stay in Vietnam. Thank you so much

The only very small issue was that the water bottles in the room were unsealed and may have been filled from the tap. There was just a sticker over the lid. It might be safer to bring your own water bottles. Hopefully they change this. But otherwise - just an excellent, excellent hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very clean overall and a beautiful pool that doesn’t stink of chlorine. Staff were absolutely perfect. From checking us in at 1am to constantly helping us with our luggage and making sure all our needs were met by checking in each morning at breakfast.

Slightly further away from a lot of the action. Although only a 30 minute walk or about 40k for a grab. The hotel also has a shuttle service which is very convenient. This also means there was no noise at night.
