I didn't get the name of one the woman staff during the night (February 5) even she's a borrowed staff member, her service really has a heart to help and accommodate the guest. She is the one who checks us in and is really approachable.

If ever it is more convenient to have a microwave, especially at late night time. But all in all, it's a good stay, especially having a staff like the borrowed woman staff during that night. She's definitely one of great staff we met.

Food was beautiful and good servings, chef clearly takes pride in their job. All the staff went above and beyond, they are such a lovely group of people, best staff over anywhere I've ever stayed before. Hands down I'd return every time. The cleaners do a brilliant job each day keeping the rooms tidy and clean, they're attentive to your needs and will always help out if you ask for something for your room whilst they are there.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Clean rooms, a little bit dated but everything works very well and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Excellent location, parking is free and easy to access, bistro food is very good price and quality. Value for money is exceptional.

Bathroom is pretty compact, as a smaller person I found it fine but tall/large folk will probably see it as snug lol

As Americans, we were unfamiliar with the concept of a hotel/bar/gaming facility, but learned it’s a typical Australian thing. The staff all treated us so nicely with lots of “extras” to enhance our stay. Tickets for free drinks at the bar meant we experienced the lively and friendly neighborhood bar crowd while watching Australian Footy on TV. Fun! Free boxed breakfasts were offered too. Our room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hot water pot and fridge with milk and tea bags, plus little bags of sweets were nice. There was a coin-operated washer and dryer which we were grateful to use, and they provided the washing powder. When we checked out, the sweet gals sent us off with a delicious hot chai tea latte “to-go”. We can’t say enough nice things about the friendly hospitality!!

No elevator for upstairs room. (No big deal for us, but good to know in case it’s difficult for someone.) The shower and toilet were in a very tiny area. Honestly, those are two very small things, and overall, the place exceeded our expectations, was a good value, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the staff who took such great care of us.

Clean, convenient and perfectly adequate for our two night stay. I like that bottled water is provided and that the power points have built in chargers. Many much more expensive accommodations don’t have this. Room was very clean, bathroom also. Good value for money and staff very helpful.

Nothing we didn’t like

The staff were fabulous. I have travelled extensively and found the service they offered amongst the best I have ever experienced. Nothing was too hard for them and they were totally professional. The food was delicious and of high quality. I highly recommend staying there.

Tidy, clean comfy bed and good airconditioner. The staff were very responsive to correcting some minor issues.

This site only has stairs to the accommodation floor (that I was aware of)

The room was perfect for our short stay. Close to the hospital. Meals at the restaurant were great. And just down the road from a foodland and some fast food outlets.

Need netflix or some streaming services.

There was nothing to dislike. the room and room facilities were basic, functional, clean. The area was quite throughout the night. The staff were extremely helpful.

This little accomodation gem was like an oasis! The room I had was INCREDIBLY clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing and really looked after me. I didnt have any noise and was there on a Sat night. Would definitely recommend if you are staying for a night or 2 for a sporting event or business travel.

Unfortunately the kitchen was closed I think due to Covid so I couldn't eat here at all! Really disappointing as I was there for a sporting event, a female solo traveller and in the middle of a food wasteland!!! The manager however was so kind and apologetic after hearing I'd not been told about the kitchen on booking, that a voucher was supplied to use at their sister hotel bistro for dinner and drinks down the road. Such a thoughtful gesture of which I was very grateful.
