Exceptional apartment, It felt so warm even without the heater during a very cold, rainy and wintery week. The location is fabulous. This is the second time we have stayed, the apartment is super clean, well furnished and very functional. Bonus is the coffee machine! Lots of cafes nearby within walking distance and events city is a doable walk ( 25 minutes).
The freezer didn't seem to work well and we couldn't freeze items. Additionally the electronic key system is tricky so some improved communication around how it works and how to add to additional phones/numbers would be helpful. It could be the user but a fool proof guide would be helpful to avoid being locked out.

KT Apartments was perfect for our Gather Round experience. We had five nights there and didn’t have a single issue. My tips would be: — Follow the instructions in their welcome email and download the app to use as keyless entry before you get there, and request additional keys for extra guests beforehand as well. All our keys were issued at 2pm on check in day and we had no trouble with it at all. — Note that there’s no on-site reception and bags can’t be stored there, but they do have a physical location not too far away (not easily walkable) where bags can be stored. — Bring or prepare to buy some kitchen essentials like oil, salt/pepper, but tea/coffee and milk is provided, along with some bottles of water. The apartment (502) was beautiful, clean, and modern. All appliances worked well and the air con in particular was a lifesaver during warmer than seasonal weather. The complex is in a great location one street away from a regular bus route, and the petrol station on the corner is handy if you run out of anything. We didn’t have a car with us so can’t comment on the car park.

Quality accommodation as expected and the best we have had in our last several stays in Adelaide.
While parking is definitely tight but really no worse than in any similar accommodation and we were not particularly trouble by it. The "key" on the phone is also a challenge for a start and we were a bit horrified at the consequences of forgetting to take the phone and getting locked out with no-one on site to let us back in! But again, the system actually worked well and once we got used to it there was no issue.

Spacious, luxury new apartment with quality appliances and furnishings with a large balcony.
Poor sound proofing from the apartment above - could hear footsteps throughout the day and into late evening. The digital only option to access the carpark and apartment - although hitech- takes a little getting used to. Also having to exit the vehicle each time with my phone to enter the carpark which then blocks traffic on the narrow lane. Would prefer the option of a pin number or even a key/card when travelling with elderly, less tech savy folk , also in case of phone issues.

Lovely apartment ideal for two couples as we had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Large beds were firm but comfortable. The shower was excellent. Lounge was very comfortable and it was a lovely view from the apartment and balcony. Kitchen was very nice. Not too far to walk to the Botanic Gardens.
Entry is via an app on your mobile. It didn’t come straight through to my phone so had to call. Also difficult with multiple guests. Car parking is only available for one car and we had two cars, so moving one car around for street parking had to be planned. Bedside lights didn’t work in one bedroom.

Location was good, not too far from the CBD. Good coffee place (Cafatel Coffee) just around the corner. Lovely view on the balcony (we were on level 3) for breakfast / sunset. No fumbling for a key or pass, its all accessed via an app on your phone. Management were very easy to deal with. No question was a problem for them at all.
Electronic Key is good, however you have to get out of the car to get to the scanner to open the parking roller door (no where else to put it though really, but try to pull up close as the street is narrow). Only room for one car per apartment in the underground car park, so if traveling with more than one vehicle the other will need to be parked on the street behind the apartments.

Very nice fully equipped apartment reasonably priced compared to other available places. I plan to stay again when in town next. I only wish we had more time there as we only used it to freshen up in the afternoon before a planned visit to friends, then back just before we slept and left before 8am the following morning on our way interstate.
It was not too much of a problem as I was told the cover on my phone may affect the digital key, therefore it was a little touchy, but did get access after a few attempts without removing cover from phone. I probably would of preferred a chain on door as our kids stayed in opposite room as us which made me feel a touch paranoid with it being an digital key and not really knowing how easily this type of lock could be manipulated in the worst type of scenario.

The apartment had all the amenities you'd need for an extended stay. It was comfortable and spacious. The location was very close to the CBD, but still far enough away that you weren't bothered by any noise. The secure underground parking- while tight to navigate at times, is very handy to access and provide peace of mind that your vehicle is safe. The digital key, accessed through an app worked seamlessly, which I was pleasantly surprised about, as I was concerned it would be unreliable. All facilities and appliances within were of very good quality and appeared to be quite new, and it was equipped with pretty much all you'd need, including TV's in both bedrooms and the living area! The apartment provides some nice views of the Adelaide CBD, as well as views of the northern approach path for planes landing into Adelaide Airport for all the aviation buffs!
The one downside, and it was only noticed because we have a 14 month old, was that the floorboards appeared to have not been mopped for sometime. After only some brief time crawling, our daughter had dirty black marks on her feet and knees. This was disappointing as the rest of the apartment was very well maintained and clean. The small laneway the apartments are located on often means you could be having to squeeze past stationary vehicles when leaving and returning to the apartment, as it's situated amongst some industrial business. We found all drivers very helpful in leaving us room to pass or assisting us in driving past their trucks. This was a minor complaint though really.

Great washing machine and coffee machine with some starter Nespresso pods. Beds were comfortable. Underground secure parking.
Gaining access to the property was a challenge. Our phone is USA and we had a problem making the phone call to the manager. We actually used the phone of the guy delivering linens. You need to fill out a form needed either a drivers license picture or a passport picture. Because they want to make sure who’s in the building, which is perfectly fine for everybody safety. our credit card didn’t match the booking name so we had to change credit cards and that I’ll added to the delay in getting into the building. No cork screw so we could not enjoy one of our best bottles of wine.

Very comfortable and clean. 2 beds with a sofa bed as well. Good TVs in each room as well. Kitchen has all you need to cook and look after yourself. Washer but no dryer, however we found the clothes horse perfect. We were in unit 502. Also bathroom has great showers with good pressure. Parking is secure as well. Access is by app that you download as there is no reception on site. Very easy to download and use also. Only thing I would suggest to owners would be to have basics for the kitchen. Ie salt pepper and basics like foil and clingfilm. Fridge had a bottle of wine for us also which was nice. All in all if I'm ever In Adelaide and there is space I'm staying here. Dave
