The location is a 10min walk from convention center, certainly convenient. The breakfast is good (fruit, coffee, hot meals, omelettes). The property also has a restaurant/bar. The restaurant is not great, but will get the job done. The pools is alright. A supermarket few minutes away. Rooms are big.

Wifi was super flaky! It works flawlessly in the middle of the night when there are no users, but collapses completely during day. Like, completely failing to connect every few minutes. Loud live band on Fridays until midnight. Annoying construction work outside my room starting 7:30AM daily. Big variance in the quality of rooms, depending on which building you land in.

The apartment was spacious and attractive with beautiful landscaping and decor. I received a great massage from Hilarie and enjoyed the swimming in the pool. There was plenty of hot water with good water pressure in the shower and generous toiletries in the bathrooms. The balconies had nice views of the pool and the city. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. My husband appreciated the air conditioning. The kitchen was clean and spacious with a good sized refrigerator. Simba supermarket was just a short walk up the hill for snacks and drinks. The restaurant next to the swimming pool had nice ambience. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, vegetables, baked goods, fresh juices, and omelet bar. The creamy chicken dish and lattes were a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

The power was out when we first arrived so there was some difficulty getting a room key card programmed and the apartment we booked wasn't ready. All was resolved when we returned from dinner. No bottled drinking water in the room. The pool was supposed to open at 8am, but did not open until 10am due to cleaning that should have been done earlier in the morning. Quiet hours were listed at 10pm but we could still hear music playing from the restaurant at 11pm. The parking lot is small and can get cramped when full.

The check-in experience was very nice, with staff being flexible in the atttribution of the same room for both my resenrvations (private + work). The place is very calm, clean and pleasant, convinietly located close to the convention centre. Reasonable breakfast.

The facilities need a bit of maintenance overall. I really wished I could got for a short morning swim, but the pool does not open until 08:00 am :(

I stayed for a conference at the KCC and Gracia Appartments was perfect. I had a large and very clean room with balcony, staff was friendly, and everything is in walking distance from KCC. The restaurant area around the swimming pool is a nice place to relax, and Simba Supermarket is around the corner.

The grounds are incredibly nice. Rooms each have privacy but still outdoor access. The pool is clean and very nice to sit next to while enjoying the restaurant.
