Welcoming given a front door key outside was very clean and of well maintained nice bench set if your a smoker we had a king sea view room bit dated with furniture but bed was very comfortable lovely clean bedding massive to on the wall and free WiFi bathroom was dated as well but very clean and towels were nice and fluffy and clean complamentry items in bathroom as well breakfast was served from 8-9.30 the breakfast was one of the best we have had lots of continental items and then a full English plentiful and hot toast tea coffee lovely place to stay very central to the shops and the pier and would recommend will definitely be back

My wife and I just wanted somewhere to rest up overnight after an evening at Venue Cymru. Although the room wasn't very big, it had all the facilities we required and was clean and comfortable and gave a good nights sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided an excellent breakfast to send us on our was the following morning. Considering the price point along with the fact we only needed somewhere to rest overnight, I think we had excellent value for money We would definitely stay at the White Court again next time we're at Venue Cymru (something we do several times/year)..

I guess if you're stopping for more than a day or two, you might want a larger room.

The bed was really comfortable and the location was really good. We had everything we needed within 5 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was really good.

The room was listed as a sea view. I would say this was mis advertised as the only thing you could mainly see through the window was the wetherspoons pub across the road and the Seymour cafe. The sea could only be seen if stood right by the window and looking to your left. The shower didn't work properly. Both me and my partner ended up having a cold shower. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling away from the wall and the decor was a little date. There were wine glasses in the room but you were not allowed to take your own drink into the room. One of the brochures on the table stated there was supposed to be a complimentary bottle of wine but apparently it was outdated and maybe should be removed from the room along with the wine glasses

Excellent location near to the pier and bars, well appointed room with a comfortable bed, very clean bathroom with some toiletries provided. We had a sea view- this was to the side of the hotel rather than directly in front however was very nice to sit in the large the bay window and take in the view. There was a couple of armchairs and a table in the bay window area for this reason- I do like having a sitting area in a room. Breakfast was very good and staff were keen and helpful with minimal waiting to be served. a very good hotel and service at a very reasonable price. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so comfortable, we would definitely stay again

The hotel was perfectly fine however was located in a busy area near bars and restaurants so it was a little noisy after they closed. Not at all any fault of the hotel but something some may want to consider.

The family room was amazing with adjoining room and en suite. Very comfortable. Great night sleep. The breakfast was one of the best we've had with lots of selection and well cooked. Great location on the north promenade enabling us to access everything. Staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to meet all our needs. Excellent value for money. Would recommend for a short stay.

Unfortunately there isn't a lift but to be fair we were contacted shortly after booking to inform us of this.

The hotel was very well located to the sea front and shops etc. The room was large, clean and provided tea coffee facilities. We particularly enjoyed a splendid breakfast and the friendly staff.

Parking wasn’t a problem for us although it did entail a 5 minute walk to get outside of the fee paying road side zone. The hotel as is common with others at our seaside resorts could do with modernisation but it didn’t detract from a pleasant stay.

Lovely seaside Hotel with great vintage features. Large very clean rooms. Wonderful staff and fabulous breakfast and they were very on the ball with my need for gluten-free food. The location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do.

Staying on a Saturday night was very noisy throughout the night with people coming going home from the local pubs. However, this would be the same for all the hotels in that area. Showers need upgrading as they didn’t have much pressure and the toilets were noisy as the cisterns took ages to fill up again probably because of water pressure. The table in our room had been repaired and there were a couple of screws sticking out of it.

Really enjoyed my time at the hotel: bedding was comfortable and room clean, while had a great view of the Orme from our window. Came with a (very nice) Breakfast that allowed you to pick some fruit/cereal and order hot food. Location is central (right next to the pier) and thus very useful for seeing Llandudno or walking up Orme.

Struggled to get the shower working initially as instructions to use weren't clear. Room wasn't massive which might be an issue for some people, although definitely enough room to be comfortable in.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was yummy. Excellent location, just around the corner from the pier. Clean, spacious room, very comfortable bed. Staff friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, full English was cooked perfectly and proper fried bread! Great value for money.

They are all older properties around the sea front and they must cost a fortune to maintain. The positives far outweigh anything that you would want to ‘pick at’.
