The building is absolutely gorgeous! They have so much history about how it used to be a bank and they even have old vaults set up as meeting rooms. The lobby is breathtaking and they have the original murals on the walls. My boyfriend and I went for our 1 year anniversary and the staff were so nice and gave us free drinks and free access to the lounge. I was able to add late check out for only $50 extra and it was definitely worth it. Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Denver. It’s right next to downtown and it’s so easy to get around and there’s tons to do within walking distance of the hotel!

The front desk staff was courteous and efficient, and the room and public areas were clean, comfortable, and functional. The building itself, a former bank structure, retains historical decor and is nicely highlighted by information signs around the lobby. Dinner at the in-house Range restaurant was very good, and the service was excellent, though the food and wine price was quite high (understandable for this downtown location).

At the time of our stay, this downtown location was a bit seedy, with quite a few people wandering aimlessly on the sidewalks and streets, though none in a threatening way, and once we were in the hotel there were no issues. The cost for parking by the hotel's valet service was very high, but we were able to self-park for less than half at the 16th Street structure next door to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with very nice amenities. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed comfortable. All the staff members I interacted with were fantastic. Good location in downtown

I requested a room away from the elevator. I know that requests are not guaranteed and it's not a big issue. But I got the room right in front of the elevator. It was a minor inconvenience that I found ironic. Oh and all the pillows are very soft. It would be great to have a couple of different ones to choose. But also a minor thing.

The location was great! Situated near so many shops and restaurants that it was only a few minutes walk to any given place. Also museums were right next door. The inside of the hotel was really well decorated and made the hotel seem a lot more expensive than what we paid for. The reception held our luggage before and after check in so we could go out to eat in peace.

Our room was not soundproof at all. We could hear things from the lobby level like conversations, the bartender making drinks, etc., and also from outside on the street which was again even conversations from people walking by (we were on 2nd floor).

Gym better than expected with free weight, machine, cardio and yoga sections. Staff gave us chocolates and roses at reception because we arrived on valentine's. The staff were professional The bed was huge, nice for laying out in.

On my first night the heater turned on way too hot and i woke up roasting. Maybe an explanation of how to use it was needed? On the second day there was no milk for the coffee. Minor problems really.

The room was just as expected. Two queen beds with a desk, a concealed refrigerator, a spacious bathroom and a nice closet. It even had a very nice mini-lounge sofa with pillow. The lobby area is VERY nice. This was previously a bank and we were SO glad that the bank structure was saved. It is beautiful!

We could not figure out how to turn up the temperature on the thermostat. The room was a bit chilly for the end of January.

Beautiful location, in an old bank. Tons of great amenities. We arrived early from Ohio and the hotel staff allowed us to use their facilities downstairs to get ready after a long flight so we could enjoy a Rockies game. Room was cozy and clean and the location was close, within walking distance to most things downtown. All staff was polite. Will definitely be coming back!

The staff was amazing, the valets were so cool to us and very patient. I am definitely going to book here again when given the chance. Beats an AirBNB by a hundred miles. The fellas at the front desk were a big help and getting checked in a little late was not an issue for them if you notified them ahead of time. Keep up the great work!

There was nothing to complain about!

Beautiful Hotel. Staff were great, super friendly. Rooms were great, Very clean and good size. Good quality all round. The Range restaurant was lovely, yummy pancakes for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Not the Hotels fault........ just round the corner 16th Mall lots of homeless people all out of their heads, literally. Was scary to see at 8pm after travelling from Uk so jet lagged and disorientated and sad to see. Like I said though obviously not the hotels fault and nothing they can do. Just meant we stayed in our lovely hotel for the evenings.

The beds were a little hard and uncomfortable pillows. The restaurant menu options were extremely limited. As a Culinary Chef, I try to have app, entree, options for a least 4 different types of people walking through the door. No chicken on the menu? You would get much more business if you had a few of the basics. FYI
