Late night check in. The night audit lady was fabulous unfortunately I did not get her name. She went above and beyond with what may seem like simple things to some people but it had been a late night and a very frustrating situation in Whitchita in regards to hotel and food. She was a breath of fresh air. Rooms were beyond clean, bed was comfy. Our old 4 legged baby was so happy! We have stayed in Best Western before and we were not impressed but this hotel is Amazing. Also I pray they keep their pet policy a $25.00 non refundable pet fee is a bonus compared to your neighbor who has a low fair but a $200.00 non refundable fee. Basically highly recommend.

The room was nice and clean. A bit dated but good for the price.

The location was next to a busy highway which wasn’t great but I couldn’t hear it from my room. The sheets were thin and there was no comforter so I had to turn up the heat a lot. The door to the room had about a 4” gap from the floor to the door. I think someone could have easily looked into the room if they were on the floor. Also, not good for keeping sound down. Breakfast was not very good but not bad for free. Im fine with a quick free breakfast for coffee, juice, and a little something to eat. The others with me were not impressed though. I think the pics on Booking.com showed a hot tub but there is now a deck where that may have been. Overall, these are minor issues to me and it was fine for the price.

Very clean and room was very organized. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. Hot water and air conditioning were good. The breakfast was good, but just standard hotel eats.

Everything was fine. The location is off the highway, so it can be loud.

Convenient location, close to everything. Breakfast was lovely! Very tasty buffet, Very clean. Thank you for a a very pleasant experience! Will definitely stay again🤗

The only issue was the in room phones. They didn’t work due to faulty connections, loose wiring to phones. Couldn’t connect to front desk. Otherwise everything was wonderful!

you could tell that they are doing a good job maintaining the facility. The staff is very friendly. I liked the laminated wood flooring, it a lot nicer than carpet. We plan on staying again when in the area. My husband loved the coffee maker in the breakfast area.

The breakfast was real good it had everything you would want the location was in a good location it was around a lot of shopping

The sitting area in the room was nice.

There was a balcony outside the room overlooking the lobby. A lot of noise from the lobby & breakfast area drifted up to our room.

The staff, especially the breakfast worker, were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of choices.

The pool didn't open until 10:00. We wanted to swim in the morning before we left.

Service was great. Staff really nice and helpful. I come to Wichita once a year for a weekend and I always stay there.

All good. Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast. Will plan on staying next year. Supplied towels and trash bags as requested without having a attitude. I

Breakfast was, though typical motel breakfast, excellent and the food was fresh. The location was close to the venues we needed, Eighth Day Books and St. George's Cathedral. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond.
