The apartments are superbly located within Somerset, making access to Orchard Road so easy for the whole family. Decent sized bedrooms with living and dining area that easily accommodates 4 people. Washing machine, dryer, microwave means you have all the conveniences.

There's a lot of construction in the Orchard area, and the noise starts sharp at 8:30am so no sleeping in! Also, they are very busy, so late check-outs are difficult, but they allow you to use the lounge which is very nice.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning easy to regulate. The shower was excellent. There is a small gym and a swimming pool. Staff were were invariably friendly and helpful with a 24 hour reception. The aparthotel is adjacent to Somerset MRT station with several large shopping malls surrounding it and numerous of restaurants, including a Food Republic on the top floor of 313@Somerset, and a supermarket across the road.

The cable TV was difficult to operate. Breakfast buffet is adequate but limited in range although they will make eggs for you.

Perfect Location and staff was really kind and helpful. Lots of things to do in the neighbourhood and perfectly situated for tourists. Apartment had everything we need and was spacious and modern. Pool was big enough for sports swimming and the spa was a perfect bonus!

A/C was hard to adjust since it kept getting back to 21 degrees instead of 24. But maybe it was just for our unit. Everything else was close to perfect.

Location was great. Room was spacious and clean. Ideal for a family with a baby. Because our room had a living room and a separate bedroom, we were able to continue our evening without waking up our 5 month old baby.

We did not like the airconditioning. It was hard for us to regulate the bedroom temperature; either too cold or too warm, there was to in between.

Location is perfect, convenience and close to everything. The room is clean and well equipped despite being small in size. Housekeeping is great and staff is friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Living area is small especially once you have the fold out bed. Would be great if the apartment has more room to accommodate the third bed more comfortably.

The apartment was spacious, the location was excellent, the breakfast was good, the front desk and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The room temperate for the living space appeared to be preset at 24 degree Celsius. It got a little warm for our son as he was sleeping on the rollaway bed in the living room.

The staff are beautiful. We travelled with our 18 month old and they treated him like he was their own. The facility has everything you need when travelling with children (apart from a children play area). The apartments are great.

No breakfast on Sundays, pool closed for maintenance for a few days. We were not lucky and had to stay on a lower floor, which meant the view wasn't great, and we heard lots of loud noise from the neighboring parking garage

Room was comfortable and the location cannot be beat. The staff as always was friendly and responsive to requests. Particularly front desk representative Meacha.

Housekeeping was good with towels but didn't refresh the other amenities like hand lotion and coffee supplies.

Location and amenities are the key reasons for choosing. Stayed many times here over last decade with family. But getting expensive day by day.

The nearby constructions noise are coming thru the doors at level 5. Should be more sound proofing.
