We stayed in Piz Badus for a week in January and truly had an amazing time! The hotel is extremely well-located, it is 3 minute walk from the gondola AND the train station. The staff has been super helpful and wonderful, huge thank you to the owner! The rooms are very spacious, clean and well taken care of. The absolute star of the show was the steakhouse restaurant! The chef is brilliant ⭐️, we had 3 dinners at the restaurant and every single dish was spectacular! We really enjoyed the steaks but honorary mention to the miso chicken, which was mind-blowing. Really recommend this hotel and the restaurant to anyone who’s traveling to Piz Badus!

New, up to date. Adequate room size. Nice location.

Some rooms have bath tubs which are not adequate for shower use due to dangerous entry and fixed partial glass door, no flat surface for standing, and no grab bars. Had to change to a handicapped accessible bathroom with walk in shower. Management had no problem with making the change.

The location and style of the hotel are great. The quality of food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The only thing we missed was aircon. We had to open the windows and the hotel is on the main road, so nights were noisy. Nights were hot and cold, difficult getting the right comfort temperature. The next day, we were given sheets so we could sleep under cooler covers than the duvet.

Seems to have been recently refurbished to a high standard. In particular the top floor breakfast room was nice and airy with great views. Bedroom was spacious and well equipped. Location was perfect for ski lift and station. Very good breakfast… all staff pleasant and helpful.

Great location right across the Chedi and central to everything. Clean room. Some parts seem remodeled/updated.

No staff on site. Only 2-11 if you check in but any other time no. They also don’t have any extra amenities just breakfast and your room. There was a restaurant downstairs that many ate at but I didn’t try it.

The staffs at the hotel are extraordinary friendly and helpful. The hotel is so close to the train station which makes our journey so much easier especially we have to drag our luggage during the heavy snowing weather. The steaks offered at the restaurant is excellent.

Great location, clean and very comfortable room. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Staff were not overly friendly or helpful, but simply doing their jobs. This was especially evident in the restaurant which was also a little disappointing and somewhat overpriced compared to other restaurants in Andermatt.

It is a lovely hotel. Everything was clean, good sized room and a lovely breakfast. Staff were very efficient. We could store our bikes safely and the staff member that checked us in also helped me carry my bike downstairs. A very enjoyable stay

Lovely modern hotel, beautifully furnished rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, close to central Andermatt, and easy to get out without needing to drive through the centre.

Room was very clean and good size but bathroom tiny no room for sink so the sink is in the room which I thought was unusual
