We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tissa's Inn. Perfect location with Fort Kochi sights easily accessible on foot. The staff were very helpful and helped us with arranging taxis to the backwaters and to Munnar for 2 days. Everything ran very smoothly and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. Food was good in the restaurant. Rooms are big and comfortable with good air con and fans to keep you cool in the hot Kerala nights. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room which was most welcome.

The only negative was that the pool was a bit run down and not as clean as we would have liked, but it was still fine for a quick dip after a busy day

WiFi did not work well in our second floor room. They need to install a booster network. Eero is a good and inexpensive option.

We loved everything The hotel was in a beautifully renovated and refurbished colonial house. The bedrooms, all en-suite were great. The roof top swimming pool area was fantastic to chill and relax and take an early morning swim. The food was excellent, deserving of a couple of Michelin stars (so don’t be tempted to eat out every night, you won’t be disappointed). The location is perfect, it’s only a 7-8 stroll into the centre of Fort Kochi or you can head the other way for a walk into Mattancherry. Last but not least, the staff were superb: super fresh, helpful and informative. You certainly can’t find a better place to stay in and explore Fort Kochi

Would recommend, great value for money. “Exceptional” rating is deserved. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped with toiletries, great AC and fast WiFi - of a similar standard to the other 4-5* hotels we stayed at in Kerala. Small, quiet hotel - nothing flashy! The staff are all very friendly and accommodating - has a ‘home stay’ feel to it but the team are not overbearing, still respect your privacy etc. Food in the restaurant was excellent and worth a mention. Great location for exploring Fort Kochin. Pool area is quiet and as pictured.

One of the most coziest place to chill out in Fort Kochi if you have come with your friends or family. The room was big and had all the amenities, bed was very comfortable, 24 hours warm water availability and most importantly everything was clean. Morning complimentary breakfast was very tasty with lots of options. Also, the staff were very courteous and very helpful.

There were huge earthen pots placed as decoration in front of our room which seemed to attract a lot of mosquitoes. Also there were mosquitoes in the open space where we had dinner and also the swimming pool area. Wish they could do something to repel them as there are lots of solutions available in the market. Parking too is a bit cramped.

The staff were fantastic - friendly, funny, helpful, and always cheerful. They helped me buy tickets for a show on their personal phones when it wasn’t working for me. I felt very welcomed at the hotel and was very happy with the cleanliness, comfort, and location. The surrounding area was mostly quiet with the occasional cars passing by and people talking at a nearby intersection. It was a short walk to lots of good restaurants, the water, and other attractions (St. Francis church, Chinese fishing nets, others). The pool was lovely, clean, and towels are brought up to you. Breakfast was decent, they make it to order and you get one or two options.

The bed was a bit hard, but for those that like a firm mattress it would be great.

The staff was amazing. Due to delays in my arrival, they waited for me till 4:00. I also helped me with the late checkout. The location is excellent as it’s located in center of Fort Kochi. One should be aware that if you book tours outside Fort Kuchi then one should expect traffic issues. The room was very clean and had everything a traveler should need. As I had early morning tours then I didn’t have a chance to enjoy their breakfast or use the other facilities. Excellent value for money.

The water wasn't hot but I don't know if its a local issue. As It was hot outside, I didn't mind and didn't report it.

Christina and her staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Location is superb 5 min walk from fishing nets and local small’strip’. Some nice other hotel/ restaurants near by as well. Room was large, spotless (not a speck of dust anywhere in the hotel), very comfortable firm big bed. Nice fan good a/c. Breakfast and some meals we had in evening all delicious and good value. Again, staff beyond exceptional. Arranged taxis no problem and good recommendations for massage etc. Nice small pool on rooftop with large under cover area to sit on sun beds or table and chairs.

The only thing we could even slightly suggest would be a small fridge in the room but literally the place is perfect.

The staff at Tissa's are extremely professional, they are there to serve the guests. We were supposed to stay for 1 night instead we ended up with 3 nights!!! From the front desk Sanitha, Christina, the chef and his team including the team of cleaners. If you want something special to eat, just liaise with the Chef and voila its done! The Inn is well located to take in the sights, and eateries near by. There is a pool on top of the building if you wish to take a dip in the morning. Its quiet, large clean rooms to meet any exhausted guest arriving here. Its home away from home. Will return soon!!!!

Wifi connection drops sometimes but it comes back again!

A lovely hotel, well placed for the centre of Fort Kochi. Very welcoming staff who were helpful in every way they could be. A rooftop pool which was warm and inviting and a lovely place to relax after sightseeing.The restaurant provided a very good breakfast with freshly made alternatives to the local food. there was also a good evening meal menu. Despite being on a busy road it was quiet and relaxing but within walking distance of the beachfront and restaurants.
