It really comes down to how well can you make the experience when something doesn't go perfectly. We had the best time, even though at the beginning we had an issue with the room, they made sure to solve it ASAP and compensate us for the inconvenience. The room was tidy clean, beds were dreamy 🤩. We had the best sleep of our lives. The pool was super nice (though you should come early to get a good place). The breakfast was very good, although the shabbat breakfast, not as ( it's kosher). The staff was really great!

The first room we got had a really bad smell of cigarettes, but they instantly moved us to another one. So no harm done. The pool was a bit too overcrowded, but not much you can do about it.

The two pools were amazing. The rooms are extremely spacious and very well equipped. The food was superb, we had both Dinner and breakfast.

1. There is no towel for the feet in the bathroom. We used the pool tower instead. The water leaks out of the shower, and there is no way to absorb the water. 2. Very strange things in the dining room. In the evening, we paid 350nis for dinner for adults, but this did not cover soft beverages except for water. We also didn't get wine - very disappointing. Also, there was no coffee after dinner. We do not need milk, it could have been instant coffee like the pots used for coffee in the morning. 3. In the breakfast, there were missing cups, spoons, and teaspoons.

I did not have time to enjoy the pool as much as I would have liked, but it was amazing with beautiful view. I really enjoyed the room, comfortable and clean and a great view on the First Station If not so expensive for me, I would stay every time I visit Jerusalem

There was not too much range of food in the restaurant during the afternoon, so we found it better to walk to First Station. But the service and food was tasty. I was confused I could not make my own tea, I need to order it from the waitress even though I could just as easily do it myself. Im just not used to it

I usually would not give a hotel a 10 out of 10, unless it truly was a seven star hotel. But here since their service, the cleanliness and their breakfast was very solid, I chose to give it a 10 out of 10. The reason being is because they were hosting over 300 people from the south. And yet they managed to keep up their standards the entire time which, in my opinion is extra ordinary, and they deserve a 10 for that. Not to mention when I checked into the hotel, they were extremely accommodating and willing to work with me. They told me if I was not satisfied with anything due to the fact that they were hosting 300 people from the south. That they would compensate me.

The room was big and comfy, the hotel was clean and beautiful, and the internal pool was warm and clean.

The breakfast price was ridiculously high - they charged us the full price for my 3-year-old (the price of an adult) which was unreasonable given the adult price was also too high. The food in the main restaurant was good but also way too pricey. In Shabatt they gave lass food in the dishes (due to Kosher restrictions which is OK) but the price remained the same for the dish. The shower licked to the bathroom floor.

magnificent location, outstanding breakfast, exemplary cleanliness, great design and facilities. seriously, the hight level of the hotel is felt everywhere

some of the staff didn’t seem to be very welcoming but no issues or quarrels occurred and everyone was still very professional, so it’s not a complaint just a notice, a little bit more warmness and personal touch would have made the already fantastic experience even more delightful. overall, everything was perfect

Beautiful pool Location We had family room but we had zero view ( we were looking at a wall)

Lovely, comfortable rooms. (we had the cheapest ones and it was great) separate bath and shower. Breakfast-everything you wanted. French windows which allowed fresh air into the room. Would stay there again.

The sunbathing area was on the roof and cramped. I felt that we were very fortunate that we didn’t have issues getting a lounger with shade but we didn’t use the pool area on the Saturday. We also had a very late flight home. We were able to use the shower that was attached to the inside pool, but it was very small, there was only one shower, and had there have been anyone else using it beside me it would have been very uncomfortable.

The towels are very big, lighting is better than many Israel hotels. The atmosphere is new looking and modern. Housekeeping answers and responds promptly. Adequate staff presence. Security is good.

The bathroom could have smelled fresher in the room. The lighting system is very complicated, almost causing us to call maintenance. The view was over an aluminum looking flat roof endlessly. The pool staff does not control the noise level of children and people were complaining alot but it did not stop nor were the parents told anything as we were not relaxed all the screaming in the pool with 7-8 very little kids splashing jumping yelling. We only came for the inside pool but they ruined it for us as far as relaxing. I remember last time to pool staff was not trained or firm enough for the guests needs to relax and have quiet time. The parents were on the sides not inside the pool and not paying any attention or caring the noise.

Location is excellent. Check in was excellent. Extremely helpful when we asked for our first room to be changed. Did it with no fuss and resolved quickly.

Pool area was incredibly crowded on Friday and Shabbat. People reserved beds and didn't turn up for hours, despite a notice saying that beds can't be reserved. This is not policed in any way at all!!
