Complimentary breakfast was great. Good variety of foods. Great room price, comfortable beds, great location off 95.

No complaints. Stayed the following night at Holiday Inn Express in Brunswick, GA. There was no comparison with your hotel. Room telephones didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t latch closed and no breakfast offered. Left at 6 am and their complimentary coffee wasn’t even available until 7 am! Your facility wins on all levels!

We had been driving all day and needed a place to crash for the night with my 75 yr old mom, a 5 and 3yr old. We pulled over at 10pm.to.grab food. Booked the hotel within 30.seconds. We checked in seamlessly, the staff was so helpful and helped us with directions for when we would leave in the morning. The beds were comfortable, the room was nice and big and clean. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and had something for everyone. Very full buffet. My kids were satisfied. Easiest hotel stay I've ever had!

The staff was professional, caring and kind. I was impressed to see the Front desk reminded a group of students to use the gloves provided when getting food at the breakfast buffet area that happened to be unsupervised before their adult/teacher arrived. No shoes, no shirts, no service. Now includes bottoms need to be covered at the breakfast buffet for sanitary reasons. 😉

I was disappointed and surprised that the toilet stool sat lower than what I am used to. That can be a discomfort after a long travel and tired and midnight visits to the bathroom.

This hotel was recently renovated and it shows. Beauty, clean, bright, and with many new amenities like a gym and indoor pool. The rooms are VERY spacious and have microwave and fridge! There was a wide variety of hot food available for breakfast buffet. The staff was also very nice and helpful!

Our room was not made up after our second night. We told them and therefore asked front desk that evening for extra towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items we needed since our room hadn't been made. But we only recieved some towels. The day after we arrived, four huge bus loads of student color guard teams arrived. So, I think they were simply inundated and overwhelmed with this group and that's why our room and items got forgotten that day.

Excellent hot breakfast with a lot of choices, including veggie omelette, and turkey sausage. Room was very comfortable, spacious and had a happy color scheme. The hotel had a pool, even though small, and an exercise room. The staff was very friendly.

The room was clean, but there was a forgotten used tissue under the sink. The hot water was only lukewarm at 10 PM, but that could’ve been because a lot of wrestlers were taking showers after the tournament.

when I arrived, the desk clerk was very kind. She allowed me to check out my room to make sure I was satisfied.  I was pleased. 

The only thing I wish they would have done. Because it was Mother’s Day weekend, I think they should have fresh flowers in the dining area with some type of decoration because it was Mother’s Day weekend. The bed that I slept in the mattress was slightly worn in, but I still slept comfortable.  I think doing a holiday season decor. It was really look nice in there. Perhaps for memorial day and the next several holidays, your decor will reflect the holiday.  One last thing, your staff at the desk should greet the customers by introducing themselves.

I love the comfort of the beds and the cleanliness

I didn’t like that I was put in a handicap room and put on the bottom floor across from fitness room and pool. I was too close to the lobby. There was a homeless person sleep directly outside my window which made me not feel comfortable

I liked that as soon as I walked in the gentle man at the front desk put a smile on my face as soon as I walked in. Very curious all the way down to the ladies at the front desk being loyal and motivating with great advice!

Nothing best hotel I've stayed at.

The staff the young girl at the front desk came up and took care of a problem with the window shade immediately and she brought us towels immediately. And when we checked out she made it easy.

Nothing wrong that I seen they were doing some painting looked like they were keeping the property up

Breakfast was fine - I always try to eat a lighter breakast so I had toast and coffee but there were other foods available for those wanting a heartier first meal of the day. I like being able to get in and out quickly. A sit down meal takes too much time getting served, waiting for check, etc

Not the hotel’s fault but ppl allowing young kids to run in and out of the food area - or holding up the line bc kids wanna get their own plates.
