The breakfast was better than most places we stayed. They even allowed my daughter to get breakfast before they opened for everyone else since the time they opened was the time we had to be on the road to her Gymnastic competition. All of the staff at this location was very helpful and went beyond what they had to to make our trip turn out to be great even though it had started out horrible due to the other hotel that was booked before this one. I would recommend anyone to book with this property anytime they are traveling to Arizona.

There wasn’t anything about this property or its employees that I didn’t like. Everyone was very helpful and wanted to help make this trip better than the way it started.

Breakfast was superior to most offered by similar hotel chains (in my somewhat limited experience). I am not a light sleeper, and for me the room was very quiet. I couldn't hear any highway noise or noise from adjacent rooms on a Thursday night.

It was disconcerting to find that although the key card worked to open the door to our assigned room, there was evidence that the room was already/still occupied (about 7pm) The desk clerk apologized profusely and immediately reassigned us. She was visibly puzzled and disturbed by what had occurred and said she would investigate immediately. I feel grab bars should be standard in all hotel bathrooms since a lot of retired people who do not consider ourselves physically handicapped still find these a welcome safety precaution.

We love it. all front desk was super friendly and amazing...I love it super clean, check in supper easy. We love the breakfast. Good choices for breakfast. Coffee is amazing supper yummy. And the room was great size the 3 of us stay comfortable. Great Cookie at check in..pool just right and clean. I have been i alots hotels... when I start traveling. I told myself I am going try out different hotels. I had stay in Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Hampton. Travel inn, Travelodge, I have even been to Lexor... it seemed I found a 💎..... holiday inn Express was perfect for my 3day stay. I had CE class down the street. It was a perfect location. I couldn't ask for more. We will definitely be back and I will highly recommend to all my friends and clients. Holiday inn is my top 3 greatest hotels. I have ever experience and stayed... thanks you for the lovely stay.

Great location next to AZ Mills. Pool was wonderful. Enjoyed using the workout room as well. Really nice breakfast. Comfortable nice size rooms. Was a great stay for our family.

Vents in bathroom ceiling and air conditioner were quite dirty. Other than that, the room was very clean.

unexpected charges that I wasn’t aware of . The 200.00 incidental charge needs to be communicated better to customers .

Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and breakfast was okay. Our first morning the sausages were way overcooked and my sister said the scrambled eggs tasted strange. The rest of the breakfast was fine. Beds were comfortable. Not the hotels fault but both nights some guests were having very loud arguments in the hallway about 1:00 AM.

The location by Amazon Mills and Joe’s Crab Shack was excellent. The room was a generous size and it was useful to have a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was acceptable with sufficient choices; it was convenient to have coffee and tea always available in the lobby and the cookies were fresh daily.

There needs to be a shaded bench or two in the driveway so that guests can wait outside for transportation.

Loved the very welcoming front desk folks! Room was AMAZINGLY roomy, so clean and fresh. Comfy beds. Loved the easy 24 hr workout room. Cute holiday decor 🎄

AC was loud at night but necessary. Need cool room to sleep, but AC was loud, switching the fan on and off.

Room was big, nice and clean. Building clean and decent decort. Loved the free water! Loved the cookies! Loved the breakfast! Of all the free breakfasts we've had, this was probably the best. Everything was well made and tastes great. I would highly recommend this hotel. We were really pleasantly surprised. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.

Location. Not the nicest, but not really that bad either. It's 15 minutes away from ASU, so that could either be good or bad for you.

Hotel was very clean , room was very nice , and close to places to eat .

The $10 parking fee was kinda weird , we where told people park and all go in one car to party I don't see how charging your guest this 10 parking fee will stop that ??????
