For an all inclusive hotel the food was of a good quality and there was always a good choice on the menu. Breakfast was very good and drinks were always available. The pool area was always clean and well maintained. City bikes were available from reception and high quality bikes were available from a concession on site. There was also a range of other sports.

Just be aware that it's location between two lakes means the hotel can be subject to mosquitos. Only a problem in certain weather.

We really love this hotel and it was our second stay here. The food and drink are excellent, the rooms modern and clean and the staff very friendly. It's being constantly cleaned and is easy to reach via public transport from the airport (the A32 bus stop is about a 10 min walk away)

Not that there is anything they can do about it but getting up to get a sunbed in the mornings is never ideal!

Overall really nice hotel with lovely staff and lots of activities. Lovely food too.

One downside is that for a whole week of our stay we could not get a bed at the pool as towels were already placed on them by 06:30 in the morning. Beds are also extremely close to each other I guess to try and accommodate the number of guests but surely nobody wants to touch someone else while sunbathing. Hotel could do a little more to ensure guests are not violently bitten by mosquitos all evening especially around the pool/entertainment terrace.

Perfect location of the hotel- close to the bus station Las Gravitas (10minutes). I used the bus from the Palma airport and it was easy to go to the hotel. Great service-last day of my stay I needed the car rental and in 15 minutes everything was solved by the receptionist. Breakfast is delicious, variaty of the food, including the typical Mallorca´s dish. Clean room, I had beautiful view on the garden. I would recommend the massages in this hotel. Masser therapist is excellent and helped me a lot with my back pain. The hotel room was quiet.

Not much to say. Just minor things, not really the issues. I would appreciate the kettle in the room. The inside pool was cold for me.

Staff are amazing, very friendly and very helpful. Food was great, they even had a vegetarian section which was unique…well done!

Pool was freezing! Usual thing after 5 mins or so your body got used to it and it was ok.. but it takes your breath away.. sun loungers uncomfortable, could do with a small mattress on them like a lot of hotels do.

We got a big surprise after getting to the hotel, for some reason we've got a much better room with a terrace and jacuzzi! This made our stay amazing from the day 1. The personnel is polite and pleasant from the receptionists to the pool guy who changes the towels. The room is great, although a bit uncomfortable shower, we needed to get used to it in order for the water not to be spilled everywhere. The bed is big and the mattress is amazing for the back! Conditioner system works great, really made a huge difference. Works quite so we could even leave it on at night in the other room. Furniture is lovely as well as the decorations. We got the view on the entrance of the hotel so it was very quite, room over the pool were a lot more noisy. The breakfast was amazing, everything you want and more! Throughout the week you can eat something different every day easily. Spa center is great, hammam I liked the most, there's also a pool with cool water and jacuzzi. The dry sauna wasn't so great because the temperature was over the roof, it was even hard to open the door.

Safe should be paid for in order to use. A bit far from the beach but it was fine for us. The pillows were not great, even though there are 2 options to choose from, I didn't like either because they are too low and together too high :( this was my only struggle while staying. Also, the breakfast could've started a bit earlier for more time on the beach without aggressive sun (currently starts at 8).

Clean an confortable rooms, great buffet for breakfast and free parking just in front of the hotel. You can also go by foot to the beach in 10 minutes

My room was on the first floor just ower the restaurant, so during the evening or in the morning for the breakfast you could hear every chair moving.

The design of the hotel was lovely, just some details weren’t quite to my personal standards, like the mirror in the room was damaged, toilet seat was stained yellow ish and some corners of the wallpaper were peeling of for example in the dining room area. But this were just noticeable up close

Not enough Sunbeds for everyone and the doors to the pool are locked until 07:50 which caused people to be pushing to get to the beds. Most beds were then reserved but no one was on them!

The fact that there were no kids and you can just relax everywhere you go in this hotel. I loved how clean it felt. The staff was really friendly and kind.

That the indoor pool was cold, I thought that because it's an inside pool it would be warm, there's also a jacuzzi inside of it, but it was very cold to get in.
